This restaurant has a bad habit of accepting orders on items they know they don't have then they call the customer to have the customer cancel the order in their end, rather then them canceling on their own. Why accept the order to have the customer do your dirty work? Then try to ask if I want something else. If I wanted something else, I would have ordered it. It is upsetting because this also happened in May, so today is the last time.

Solid Haitian food but not amazing. I asked for a small turkey dinner. The guy checked with me twice then brought out a medium plate of griot, so yeah def a language barrier if you don't have any kreyol.
We went on an 80+ degree day, a/c wasn't on and they didn't turn on the fan.
Would have been a better experience without the language issues, 1 napkin for 2 people and if they had at least turned on the fan.

Just had the worst experience ordering via Uber eats. They no longer had my order and instead of letting me know, my driver told me to call the restaurant as he was there for a while. I call the restaurant and they don't even have the food I want. So instead of calling to let me know this they just had me waiting and then tried to give me what they had like just take this. This was so frustrating, I cancelled and I will never order from here again because this was my 2nd time having a problem, I will not allow a 3rd.

Called beforehand to ask for soup joumou and they said yes but when I arrived they first said theres no more before actually telling me that they burnt the soup. Took them many minutes before acknowledging my presence and service was so difficult because the employee serving me barely spoke english or french. Dont know about the food but makes it hard to want to go back.
The chicken was disgusting on two occasions. They overcharged my credit card! They are Very Rude and disrespectful! I don't recommend this Establishment! Stay AWAY! No, you're NOT! But, you are very cunning and deceptive!

I ordered gyro and black rice two weeks ago. The gryo was so good. The black rice and sauce was okay. I was really really sad. I asked for extra Piklez. You gave me zero piklez. Nothing. I was so sad when I get home.
