The cooks were amazing! Small place but the service was amazing and the food came out hot! The donut I had was a Boston cream was delicious! Don't judge a book by the cover with this place! Definitely go in and experience it.

Do not go here if you are hungry or want decent quality food. I ordered a garden salad with chicken for takeout. The chicken was grizzly/chewey and not edible. Pretty gross experience. The salad was also lacking decent portions of the salad additions that usually go with a garden salad. So I got lettuce and non edible chicken for $15

This place fockin rules. The foods great and the service is efficient and fast. It can get crowded but that’s for a reason. Beats the stuffy atmosphere of a lot of stuck up Brooklyn restaurants around it. Their pancakes are *chefs kiss*

Johns donut which doesn’t really serve donuts anymore is one of the few old world coffee shops that has survived the gentrification of the neighborhood. The coffee tastes like water but they serve a decent breakfast and standard diner comfort food at affordable prices.

Ordered the French toast, eggs, and bacon. Flavors were ok but I think the French toast could’ve been a little more crispy. Soggy bread just isn’t it.
