My daughter introduced me to Jollibee, I am not a fried chicken fan especially in fast food restaurants in the USA...but I must say WOW! This is the best tasting fried chicken in the USA fast food sector. Yum! YUM! seasoned to the bone!😜 Popeyes & KFC 🤣🤣 you are no where near JOLLIBEE!

Finally tried Jollibee and it lived up to the hype! Food was great: Chickenjoy crispy outside, super tender and juicy inside (gravy on the side was perfect), Jolly Spaghetti sweet-savory with that signature hot dog slices (so nostalgic), and Peach Mango Pie flaky, warm, and fruity. Portions hit the spot. Service was fast and friendly—quick counter experience. Atmosphere is bright, casual fast-food vibe—fun Filipino pop music, colorful decor, feels lively but nothing fancy. Solid comfort food fix—definitely coming back!
I generally enjoy Jollibee’s food and find it very tasty, but I’ve unfortunately had repeated issues with this particular location.
On my first order, my drink was missing entirely, and the issue was pushed back onto the delivery driver rather than being resolved by the store.
On my second order, I ordered two of the same drinks, but only one had a tamper seal. The drink without the seal was also noticeably underfilled, and there was visible residue inside the cup showing it had been filled higher at some point. That inconsistency was concerning from both a quality and safety perspective.
The chicken was also hit-or-miss. One piece was fine, but another arrived looking poorly handled. The breading was soggy and broken down with sauce pooling in the box, and the color was uneven. When I tried that piece, the meat felt unusually tough and off, which made me uncomfortable enough to stop eating it and throw it away.
While the food itself is flavorful and I like the brand overall, the repeated issues with missing items, inconsistent preparation, and lack of quality control make this location hard to recommend. Because of that, I don’t see myself ordering from this specific location again.

First time I ever went to jollibee's in Brooklyn. It turns out this is a Filipino chicken restaurant. Kind of Asian or Korean. When I had a taste of their food I was amazed by what they have.👌👍🙂😋 The atmosphere had a 70s type of style to it. I ordered the Angus deluxe cheeseburger combo meal with a add-on for coconut dream freeze. All of it came out to $13 and that's pretty cheap for a chicken restaurant. 🍟🍔🥤 The coconut dream freeze tasted like coffee creamer and other milks and creams and a significant amount of sugar. I feel like I might give this a try again the next time I come to Brooklyn.

Chicken is always crispy and tasty. Mashed potatoes are real potatoes which I love and the gravy is smooth heaven lol...can't go wrong with the pair.
Yummy crispy chicken. The jolly spaghetti is very unique and I really liked the sweet sauce. The adobo rice is a little bland but a great bite when paired with chicken skin and gravy. I think all the chickenjoys come with a small gravy so you don’t have to order extra.

It's always a great day when I get my dose of Jollibee chicken. The fried chicken is quite tasty. Amongst the midst of other fast food fried chicken, Jollibee probably ranks quite high compared to the competition. The spicy fried chicken is not too spicy, but has just the right amount of heat. The customer service is quite nice. Only downside is that it's not closer to where I live. I guess that's a good thing. If I lived nearby, I would come here quite often. The Ube pie is quite nice. Their pies in general are very nice. Fried exterior. Sweet interior. The gravy is not to be underestimated. The combination of fried chicken and gravy is an undefeated combo here at Jollibee. The 12 piece for 25 dollars is definitely the go-to here. I typically add in some fries. Makes for a great family meal when paired with rice. Great stuff. Thanks.
