we visit Plano location last May 19 2025 and ate breakfast with my wife I left my glasses so I came back to the store and ask the staff and the cleaner told me that she put my glasses on top of the tray stand and when I look at there it's not there anymore somebody took it's a same so I go to Ronnie and ask him why she did not give it to the lost and found.Ronnie told me that they will replace my glasses and he wrote down my information and will call me.
But It's been over two weeks and nobody calls me what kind of
business they are running here you guys are in America ok.
I need my glasses back.

Absolutely horrible. From the customer service to the mashed potatoes that had so many lumps in it is was inedible. The cold chicken and fries. Would never again eat here. I never complain. Ever. But this was the worst food I’ve ever paid money for. And to top the customer service was even worse. Worked in customer service for over 25 years and the customer is not always right. But this time it was. And in my 52 years I’ve never asked for a refund of my money. Ever. This place is absolutely trash. It’s was 35$ worth of food I wouldn’t feed my dog.

I had a great interview experience. There is a huge amount of traffic along the B6 bus line because of road closures and I was late! I was still interviewed, thank goodness❤️ I picked up a “”Pineapple Quencher”” ???to walk home so I wouldn’t have to deal with the bus. I LOVE Jollibee and I’m so happy Brooklyn has locations like New Jersey where I just moved from. I will be a loyal customer forever ??✨
They only sell dark meat, legs and thighs, with a limited selection of sides yet their food is tasty. Specialty fruit pies are also good.

Service was a bit slow, the garbages needed to be changed and the tables wiped. However, the food surely made up for it. I’ve never had Jollibee before so I was pretty excited to finally try it. I got a 2 piece spicy chicken w/ mashed potatoes, biscuit and side of gravy. The chicken had spice from the skin down to the bone and was super crispy/juicy throughout! The sides were also good but the gravy was a game changer. I dipped everything in it and it made my meal that much better. Still good without but even better with the gravy. I also noticed they had a pineapple drink that caught my eye and I needed to try so I did. It wasn’t overly sweet or sugary and had amazing pineapple flavor. It was not watered down whatsoever and I also believe it’s made with 100% real pineapple juice. Next time I’ll try some other items and the desert pies they offer. 5* for the food however they need to work on some other things. They did apologize for the wait which I appreciated. I’ll be returning!
