The food is always amazing, but the service is basically automated. You order through a giant tablet, and they make your order and then call your order out for u to pick up. But all the sauces... they dont give it right away, u have to remind them... atmosphere was ok. But, gr8 food. Kids were really happy. Portions r big. We all let full and satisfied 😌

One of the best burger places I’ve ever been to. The Joseph’s dream burger is amazing both the regular and the double. The flavors are unbelievably good and tasty. 10 out of 10. If you want a fresh and tasty burger this spot is for you! 100 percent Kosher. Yossi gave me excellent service very friendly and outgoing.

The guy Yossi at the counter is the man!! He told me how I can save money if I order an extra patty. Instead of me buying $18 for another burger patty he told me it's only $5!!! The food is excellent. And everything comes fast. Highly recommended.

Had a problem at the ave j store location long time customer for years i immediate was in contact with the owner who issued me a refund in minutes and assured me he would hadle the situation Now that’s what I called proffes these people are on top of there customer satisfaction.

I have been ordering take out from here for the past month or so. I really enjoy walking in to pick up my order. They are so nice. It really helps when you walk into a place and you are greeted with a smile and a hello. I am always asked if I would like more sauce as well as being suggested as to what sauce I should try. Thus is a place I will order from again and again. Keep up the good work.
