Chicken it’s terrible I had it twice and it’s bad. It’ very rubbery and weird , I think they keep it frozen for long time. Not worth it $20, I will find a different place to eat..never again ..

This review is based on the service and subpar food. I usually won't write bad reviews for small Business owners, because I understand how difficult it is to run a business. However, my horrific experience with this business’s management and food quality necessitated this review. My boyfriend and I waited almost two hours for our food, which was delivered soggy, mushy, and tasted like oil. I called the Ave M location to discuss the status of our order, and instead of receiving professionalism, the person who picked up not only attempted to challenge my intelligence, but also told me our order issue is Uber’s problem, and that he would not provide his name for me to discuss his lack of professionalism with management. I advised him that the food would be cold as it had been two hours. He did not care. I asked to speak with management about this issue, but he refused and hung up the phone in my face. We paid almost $65 for our food, which was not worth even a quarter of that price. In this economy, I would advise people to beware of this location. They do not value their customers, and the food is atrocious.

Usually order from here, weekly, my bro does as well since we moved into neighborhood a year and a half ago. Chicken breast sandwiches on baguette are always good, burgers not as flavorful but overall everyone I order for pick up never been an issue even when place is packed.

The meat is uncooked and has a lot of tendons still attached to it. Please change that. Other than that I love the service and the environment.
