Food is pretty good, though the wait time to prepare can sometimes take a while and the service is not very good. I saw many other people waiting long time for their orders too and there is no apology or anything from the counter, not rude in any way but not friendly either.

My best of this kosher chain in NYC. Fast and friendly service that's is well trained and happy to accommodate. The manager Berel is on top of his game. A+++.

The food is mildly underwhelming. It isn’t really that good. They are trying to make a trendy atmosphere within the restaurant, but failed at some point in the process.

Awful phone service.
Didn’t receive the salad as it should have been.

The worst schnitzel I’ve ever ate. The schnitzel was extra thin, dry and hard, not fresh at all and barely had meet in it. The baguette was dry and hard.
Place had like 10 people behind the counter and i took them like 15 minutes to make my sandwich when i was the only one in line at that time.
I do not recommend if you want fresh good and tasty schnitzel!
It needs to be very bad if i am writing here in such a negative way.
Paid $21 for a sandwich with no fries or drink, if it was tasty i would be ok with it but i got tricked and didn’t even had a good fresh and tasty sandwich.

Don’t give tip the owner keeps it. These poor workers never receive it.
