Typical fast food dining experience. Food has options for all ages and diet preferences. They jeed to clarify what mushroom burger is in specialty burger section (that it is not mushroom topped burger but vegetarian option as seen in vegetarian section). Good customer service and resolved quickly when issue brought up at counter. Seating on ground floor, with more upstairs. Loved the 2 classic arcade games upstairs.

Very bad first experience they gave me. First there was a guy who I asked the same question 4 times and all 4 times it was clear how he listened to me and simply ignored me every time, customer service was a disaster. I clearly asked for a normal hamburger, and they gave me the spiciest of all, inedible, I couldn't even enjoy it. I mean, they gave me something I didn't ask for. All this after a lot of waiting, which was not worth it.
The only thing that makes me give it 2 stars instead of 1 is that there was a person who treated me kindly and appropriately. Anyway, I hope they improve.

I ordered three dishes plus some side dishes on the take-out website. They told me it would take 45 minutes. I came at the mentioned time and it seemed to me that only after I approached did they start to take care of most of my order, and it turned out that after an hour and five minutes I received my order. And if I didn't come but waited to be called, how long would I wait? and in fact; The packaging needs some improvement - some of the chips came out of the dedicated package. I did not receive all the sauces on the side that I ordered, and in their place I also received some that I did not order (perhaps there is a limit on the amount that can be ordered, but on the website it gave me the option to choose two for each dish. And if there is a restriction, it should be written somewhere..). The chips were barely warm! To be fair - it was during Tishrei at busy times, but nevertheless, a minimum standard - to bring what I ordered and hot - is expected in my opinion anyway And all this overshadowed the taste itself which was quite reasonable, so I can't give more than one star
