Been going to this place for almost 8 years and the authenticity of the food is unmatched. The flavors are superb and the servers are great! I love this place. It’s my favorite Thai food spot! See

I come here every few months and I always have Tiger steak which they don’t serve anymore but instead they offer a crappy and fatty piece of steak. They changed the menu to a more profitable and less appetizing one.Thumbs down.I will not spend my hard earned money again at Joya.

Took my kids for dinner , we were seating in the backyard. Everything were fine until we saw a big rat running underneath our table. My kids didn’t even stop their food and wanted to leave immediately. I aware the manager and she didn’t even say anything.

I've been here sporadically throughout the years. Same tasty food, same ambiance, just an increase in prices (most likely due to inflation).
This is definitely a hit and you'll be happy you are here. We ordered their mussels which is very delicious, calamari paired with their dipping sauce was also delicious, and their wide noodles (pad see yue) with beef. You can never go wrong with that order. They also serve $8 drinks: Margaritas, wine, and cocktails during happy hour.
It's been a real pleasure Joya

Beautiful ambiance, delicious food every time, love the curries and the pineapple fried rice, even the pad Thai is great here, one of my favorite Thai restaurants.

Maybe you’ve seen some of the negative reviews recently, Joya had been a wonderful restaurant I’ve been eating at for 20 years, but something changed. We went last night and I’m happy to report they fixed whatever it was, and the peanut sauce in the chicken Pad Thai is as magical as it ever was. The staff knows us and what we order as regulars and are very friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing, inside and out. They’ve recently added a happy hour and some meal deals such as a 2 noodle dishes for the price of 1 (I think). I did not want to believe that Joya had gone south, but it’s good to know that the restaurant we’ve loved is as good as ever.

What an great spot! This place has hands down the Best Thai food in NYC. I’ve been coming to Joya for over 14 years now, and this place never disappoints. All the food is so flavorful, and the classic Thai dishes are still my favorite, and I’ve been to Hundreds of Thai spots. The pad se Yoo is my favorite, with a perfect blend of soft flat noodles and bean sauce. All the curries are absolutely delicious, and the spare ribs and all the appetizers are still the best. Plus, our server Charlie was absolutely great, so attentive and very friendly and was quick and reliable. I absolutely LOVE this spot in beautiful cobble hill, Brooklyn.

Joyaaaaaa…..What happened to you????? I normally dont write these kinds of reviews, but this one genuinely upset me being a repeat customer of 10+ years. Im not sure what happened but the food is completely different quality. Given the economic circumstances I understand prices going up, but WHAT IS THIS QUALITY. My garlic sauce tasted like soap. Im actually heartbroken😭.

Used to be our go to Thai spot but unfortunately with the new management and chef we will no longer be eating here. Quality has drastically changed and definitely not for the best. Also significant price hike which I would have paid for the old chef/menu
