Walked up to a Vegas night club atmosphere, told the guy at the door that we had a reservation at 8:15 and he told me to get in a long line that was for reservations. The music was so loud I could barely hear him and we were outside. We did not wait to eat here. I read some reviews that said this was a very loud restaurant but did not think it would be such an issue. The overall vibe was not what we wanted for a nice dinner.

We were so extremely disappointed with our most recent visit to Sea. We had a reservation but it took 20 min to get seated and another 20 before someone even came by to get a drink order for us. The drinks didn't even come until right before our food came out. Not ONE time did we have additional service throughout our meal (asking for more drinks, etc.). I guess they didn't care if we wanted to spend more money or have something else to drink! Multiple couples and parties around us were treated the same. I would not go back until this issue is fixed.
The service was a bit unprofessional. I called the restaurant prior to arrival to confirm the address zip code because google and Open Table has 2 different zip codes. I spoke with an employee and she told me she would ask for the zip code then put me on hold, I waited for about 3 minutes before she hung up on me. Eventually, my family & I figured out which location it was. When I arrived at the restaurant I was told I couldn't be seated until my whole party arrived and asked me to wait outside. That's understandable, it's a Friday night, it can get busy. The restaurant staff provided me with a 20 min grace period, fair. Once my entire partied arrived, we were seated. The waitress was extremely rude, cutting us off mid order. She didn't have the patience. I understand that the feeling of tending to multiple parties at a time can feel overwhelming. However, patience is needed for each party. If you rush, there might be some confusion. Our food arrived extremely fast and it was absolutely delicious. Best part of the night. Our drinks took longer to arrive. My mom didn't like her drink and when we asked for a new one, we received attitude in return. We decided to order another share of dumplings, when I asked the waiter for it he spoke chinese to the waitress about it. We decided to disregard the order. Yes, we had many different people attending to us, a bit chaotic. We were celebrating my Mom's birthday so we asked for a song or whatever the restaurant provides when there's a birthday. We were intrigued by the huge sign that said happy birthday and a sparkler. They provided birthday shots, but not free of charge. That definitely gets included in the bill. Overall, we enjoyed the time as a family although the service could've been more professional.
Our appetizers were delish and came fast. However the entrees were terrible. The fish was so dry and over cooked, the Thai fried rice was bland and moist, and the seafood platter was so tasteless I had to send it back.

My date and I ended up waiting about 15 minutes before anyone came over to get our drink and food order but since we were caught up in our conversation it didn't bother us much. Food was delicious and fast, drinks took a little to come but were equally delicious. One of my favorite places and will be back!
The head manager pressured my friend and I because we simply could not afford to tip as our bill was already at our $150 limit. The head manager also tried to hit my friend and was verbally degrading both of us as we were trying to leave. Tried to call the police on us saying that if we wasn't going to tip, than we shouldn't come. This was my graduation gathering and she ruined it! I will never return!

The wait is ridiculous if you don't have reservations but it's well worth the wait. All the drinks and dishes are inexpensive so you can easily run up the score really quickly. Great music, great atmosphere, great food.

The pad thai we ordered was way too sweet, to the point that we can't eat it... Told the waitress about it but she just ignored the comment completely with a stone cold face. Will not visit again, I would expect a $16 pad thai would taste better than a random take out restaurant in the middle of nowhere...
I went on a Saturday afternoon for a 3pm reservation which I made via open table . The reservation was taken on time, temperature is checked at the door and I was seated close to the middle. There was no spacing of tables between me and the other party but the restaurant does have plastics dividers hanging to provide a barrier. The waiter was attentive and quick with my order . I got the sea wings and spicy chicken fried rice . The wings seemed to be a little over cooked and not as good as I remember but still very tasty . The rice was full of flavor and not as spicy as I anticipated. For drinks I had a Moscow mule it wasn't really strong but it was tasty . I also had a ploy pai Lin which was extremely strong and very good . Everything was delish, and came out in a timely manner which I appreciated since due to Covid restrictions dining is limited to 90 mins . I would definitely return to try a different selection ? happy eating !

I love this place. The ambience is great. The food is excellent. The drinks are potent. And the service is good. The only problem is even though I had a reservation there was no proper check in because it was a very late reservation. It seems they got a bit frazzled because they were rushing to seat those with reservation and those without. Overall we were seated and was very happy.

The server was extremely rude and we felt rushed the entire time. We got our food after almost an hour wait and we weren't even finished eating before he just slapped the bill on the table. The drinks which were non alcoholic took an hour to get to us. Not once did our server check on us but he did so for others which made us feel racially profiled.

I have to admit, I love JSY Teriyaki Platter. JSY Teriyaki Platter has a great, relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Really loved all of what we had. Staff are very friendly. They're accommodating, well-mannered and always on their game. Sometimes things are just done right.
