I think she deserves a raise; as, I have visited the store when she was off and left due to poor customer service by a different employee.

I only ever get prepackaged goodies from here, so can’t speak to the things that they make fresh, but the employees who work here are always extremely kind and lovely and professional. Which, unfortunately, in this day and age is uncommon! Today was the first time that I met the manager Tiavion while I was there and I can see why it’s one of the warmest and most professional juice press anywhere in the city. The environment in a location really is top down and the managers set the tone, so she is doing an excellent job of having people who are complete professionals, while also having you feel like your are actual friends while in this location.

I had a great experience. I came in for pure watermelon juice, but I guess JP doesn’t produce it anymore. I spoke with three people working there - Tiavian, Andy, and Vanessa. Although the store doesn’t sell pure watermelon juice, they made one for me anyway. I appreciate them going the extra mile and making me feel welcomed. Definitely will go back, and I hope JP brings back the watermelon juice, juice.

Rosemary was the sweetest juice maker ever. She told me to "drive safe", I have never had this. Rosemary made me a delicious smoothie. I love Rosemary.
