Smoothie great employees great. The heat is broken in the store and your employees are working in inhumane conditions. Same thing happened in the summer with the AC. Your employees should all be given paid time off and the business should be reported and fined. Shame on JP corporate. Also save your vapid copy/pasted reply and get it together before the law gets involved as it should

Smoothie was awesome and staff were charming and helpful. It is unbelievably cold in here, it’s uncomfortable to be here and it sucks to see staff in jackets while at work, huddled near a heater. Fix your HVAC or close shop, take care of your workers or look like a jerk.

I bought 6 juices and a soup at the store on 19th of September.One of the juices I bought was expired on the 15th.An expired product set on a shelf for 4 days before I bought it without realizing. Please spend more money on the stuff so there are people who’s job it is to make sure this doesn’t happen.Every juice is 15$ and I did not enjoy throwing that out the window..

I went to juice press and received excellent customer service from Kamile. She was nice and friendly and recommended a drink from the fridge that I enjoyed. Overall juice press is awesome as well as Kamile customer service and I'm looking forward to coming back!

I woke up one day craving an acai bowl so I did some browsing on Uber eats and stumbled upon juice press. The acai bowl was not bad but also nothing special, i will be ordering elsewhere next time.

I used to be a big fan of JP and have been a customer for years but this location is really down in the heels. The girl working behind the counter this past Tuesday afternoon was super rude and was having a loud, somewhat inappropriate personal FaceTime the entire time I was there. She seemed annoyed by my presence, and my mint chip smoothie was frankly gross and sour. Bummer.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEa huge stack of boxes fell inches away from my coworker when we weren’t even close to them. The workers said nothing. In fact we both bought items and left nicely and pretty sure one of them was yelling at us from the window.. why? No idea. I go here all the time during my lunch break and will not go again. If those boxes were to hurt us I would have sued.

Your staff is rude. They bark orders for people to wait in the back yet nobody can HEAR when they call the call the order numbers. So then drinks just sit there and melt.

The worker invite me to fight outside just cause she was giving me 3 dollars in quarter nickels and dimes and when I see my daughter waiting for the change I approached and ask how much is my change and she was like wait and I was like can u just tell me how much u giving so I can know if I can leave it as a tip.she was just saying wait and I was like why can u just tell me . Then she started get mad and even invited me to fight outside when the right thing to do was to tell me before I purchased that she didn’t have any singles in her register and that I only got change,are u okay with that.
