I always regret coming here when I’m in the neighborhood. The one in PARK,SLOPE is so much better. Everybody that works here is mean and miserable. It’s a horrible experience. I would avoid Juice press in Brooklyn Heights at all cost.
Not sure who trained the employees here but they’re just and mean don’t even say hello goes against all rules and ethics of Customer Service. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered some smoothies on ClassPass for 7:30 PM. I get to the store and they are already closed… The store hours are until 8 PM. Waste of my time and energy to walk over here… Lost 8 credits smfh

I made an order w/ ClassPass credits for two smoothies for 7pm on Aug 13. When I arrived, the store was already closed despite the times in the ClassPass app AND Google Maps showing it’s open until 8pm.
6/23, staff had an attitude throughout afternoon rush. And dont know why this kid is chilling and sleeping in the store. Also kind of seem distressed… kept staring at me. Prob staff’s friend or family?

I come during open hours and they are closed. It’s 4:35 and the door is locked. This has happened a few times.

I stopped by the location today to get my oatmeal and juice that I normally order on Uber eats. The female employee aggressively asked me to move inside when there was no one really in the store. It made me really uncomfortable and it was extremely unnecessary and rude.

Why even bother being open to the public if after waiting at the counter for 10 min, you’re told it’s gonna be a long wait because of “delivery” orders.

I was the only person at the store when ordering. It was clear upon ordering that the employees had no desire to greet me or ask for my order. After I waited for them to stop talking, I ordered two of the same thing. Two blueberry açaí bowls.Somehow the people who came in 5 minutes after me, ordering a multitude of different drinks and smoothies all managed to get theirs before me. I understand how that goes, but I saw that my order wasn’t even being worked on. After I while I was then handed one of the items in my order and told the other was on its way. I was in the store for 20 minutes waiting to receive my full order. I now have two melted açaí bowls and a loss of confidence in the customer employees who run the store.I was asked multiple times what was in my order, even though it’s on the ticket they have printed out for reference. I nearly gave up thinking I’d just want a refund and gathered that process would be too complicated for these people to figure out. I certainly will never been going again. Couldn’t believe how that went.

I ordered a three day juice cleanse and the store delivered someone else's order. Just three juices. I tried to call to correct it but the phone of the store was disconnected. V. disappointing!
Best staff ever. I’ve come 2x in the past week and the staff was so kind, friendly and empathetic. They helped me navigate online ordering issues and promo codes
The smoothie i got was good but I just feel like the fruit variety was a little low. It would be nice to see pineapples or just any other fruits.
