Neighborhood standby for many years. Great place to go with family and friends. Service staff polite and attentive.
I absolutely loved my dining experience at Juliet. Our server was actually one of the best service I've ever had with him being extremely attention to detail oriented and making sure that our visit went without a hitch. The only thing is that I don't think they acknowledge birthdays ? I put that my sisters birthday was yesterday and nobody said anything .
Arrived for brunch around 1:00 with a reservation and it wasn't crowded at all. Was seated in a small section, when asked to move to a different section with multiple free tables for 2 we were told no, only to see 2 parties of 2 being sat there 5 minutes later. Waitresses came and took our drink order, a few minutes later another waitress came by to take our food order. 15 minutes passed and we had to flag someone down for our drink, still took another 5 minutes and came with melted ice so assuming it was just sitting there. 30 minutes passed until we flagged our waitress down for our food order, she told us it was coming (we ordered tuna tartar, a salad, soup and a sandwich). Another waitress came up to us a few minutes later and apologized, our food was never put in. She took our order again and comped our entire order. The food was great, the service was terrible. All in all we were there about an hour and a half and although they were super apologetic, this was unacceptable. This was such a disappointment as it was our second visit and the first time was absolutely wonderful.
Certainly—here's a more polished and professional version of your 2-star review: ⸻ Service was severely lacking. Throughout our meal, I had to leave the table multiple times just to find our server whenever we needed something. Despite noting in our reservation that we were celebrating a special occasion and specifically requested outdoor seating to avoid the loud indoor environment, that request was ignored. The experience felt impersonal and inattentive from start to finish.
Food decent, ambiance a little dated and restaurant didn't feel clean. They said they had just washed the floors but floor felt sticky.
Food and drinks are good but the service could have been better. One of our waiters was nice - but the host and other waiter just gave like they couldn't be bothered and weren't friendly. Drinks took a really long time and food orders weren't correct also. Just doesn't make for a great experience for a special occasion. Too many great French restaurants in the city so probably won't be back to this one.
The host was extra entitled and rude for not reason. The food was good, but wouldn't go back.
Food was good but service was very slow. All and all a decent experience and the ambiance was great. I do recommend.
do not book outdoors and expect to be sat outside! They have very limited seating that's first come first serve even if you have a reservation

The service was definitely a little bit slow. The table we were seated at was a little bit tightly situated and wasn't as comfortable as it could have been. The music/speaker system was really bass heavy/poor quality and was fatiguing on the ears. The atmosphere was definitely negatively affected for these reasons. Having said all of that, the meal was ultimately enjoyable and I'd still go back. The staff was perfectly friendly and the food was very good.
A lovely french bistro with great ambience. The happy hour menu was a great way to have an aperitif and starters, we sat in the garden room. Our server was friendly and attentive, food was outstanding. Highlight including Tuna and veggie main. A must go at Williamsburg!
cute space, great staff. Food was great except the french onion soup which was a tad too sweet. Overall great experience and will be back.
Dined for brunch and had a great time! Our server Kristin was warm and hospitable and the lamb burger was 10/10. The pepino cocktail was really good and felt like a great summer drink.
My sister and I love their brunch menu and weekly specials! This was the best french onion soup I have ever had honestly, and I cannot wait to come back for more! Our waitress was lovely and accommodating throughout our meal and allowed for a wonderful experience. The ambiance and vibe of the restaurant never fails - I reccomend making reservations because the line was out the door and I know why! Thank you guys!
