Ordered a matcha with honey. Tried it and requested more honey and they instead put lavender sugar alcohol. My boyfriend has the same bottle at home. “That’s honey?” I asked. They confirmed it was. I let them know them I have that home and it’s not honey. They pointed to “sugar free” as if confirming it’s honey. I’m on a strict diet for inflammation and I don’t consume regular sugar or sugar alcohol. Very strange way of operating a business. Charging $9 for a matcha and giving people things they don’t request. Unacceptable. Make your associates more knowledgeable.

Would rate it zero stars if I could. I ordered a 3 day juice cleanse on 12/30 that was supposed to be delivered Tuesday 1/7. I worked from home that day to receive the package and the package never came. I've been tracking it every day and it didn't even leave NY until Friday 1/10. The tracking number suggests the package is now in my city but it still hasn't been delivered and I'm positive it is now ruined. I've emailed, called, emailed, called...no response. I've now filed a claim with UPS who is now investigating. The owner of this company is a thief and lacks integrity. I just want a response and my money back!!! Ridiculous.

Extremely disappointed! I ordered two 3-day juice cleanses 3/27 to be delivered 4/11. We received an email 4/09 that our juices had shipped, but then received another email 4/11 that the juices had not actually previously shipped until that day due to warehouse changes and so on. I emailed them that same day to inquire what the delivery date changed to because the tracking number was not working and it also states someone must be available to receive the package. I never received a response and even waited the 48 business hours they request. I called them via phone 4/12, 4/15, and 4/16 and still no answer. Their phone goes to voicemail and states for a quicker response to just email them. Finally our juices arrived today 4/16, 5-7 days after the shipping dates they emailed us about. On their website it states the shelf life is 4 days. The package arrived with just the juices and one small empty bag of dry ice. They were room temperature. I have attempted to get in contact with them multiple times to get my money back or a new shipment, but no one has responded or answered. I had ordered this exact same cleanse and order 3 years ago and had no problems. It arrived with plenty of dry ice, ice packs, green bag coolers, and instructions all for the same price of what they charge today. This time it was just spoiled juices with one small empty bag of dry ice. Whatever changes the company has made are horrible and they are not acknowledging or even attempting to rectify the issues. They have stolen $200 from us by sending us a useless product.

I was very surprised to see but after 2 days the products are very different in taste and they have a huge amount of water very less vegetable or fruit. They aren't blended properly or maybe for texture they have the chunky taste of some veggies but I really didn't like the choco nana which had a white powder formation under the bottle. I tried contacting the customer service they were just giving one sentence replies saying "They are blended". Not a great customer service.Not great juices.

Product took 10 days to arrive No one ever answers the phone and their customer service is outsourced to Zendesk. Obviously willing to take your money not wiling to ever speak with their customers. Never purchase again Worst company ever.

Product came one day late, missing items in shipment (with no communication by company as to why they are missing), product unsealed and spilt all over other products, refusal to refund on missing items, customer service is impossible to reach. Save your $ and order from another company that does the same thing!
