I’ve ordered from this place several times and it’s pretty rare that the entire order is right or even good quality. If you pay for extra protein, you’ll get the normal amount (barely any). Tonight I ordered delivery and the rice was either not cooked or several days old. I’ll be surprised if I’m not incredibly sick in a few hours.

I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered delivery and one salad was missing several ingredients, and barely any of other add-ons. But the real damage is, there was a bug that looks an awful lot like a maggot in the salad. Yes, a maggot. I’m disgusted and will never be eating here again

Got a rough order yesterday on Uber Eats from this location. They didn’t add the dressings, forgot meat, had tasteless smoothies, and delays.
This isn’t a detractor from their in-person ordering. I’ve never had a bad experience in location. It’s fresh and delicious in-person, but online ordering has almost always led to unpleasant experiences for my friends and me.
