i order the chicken cesar salad and there was literally 2 pieces of chicken in it… adding on i ordered delivery and tell me why it took 2 hourssssss ive been to just salad and know a salad doesn’t take more than 3 minutes to make so why did it take 40 minutes for them to make it adding in the guy delivering took around another 40 minutes putting in consideration im trying to have a good lunch while my baby is sleeping by the time it got here he is up and active which o obviously don’t blame on anyone but adding on to my misery the they added lime when i specifically asked for no lime,the salad i got was basically the same amount of salad in a kids portion and it was soggy

Simple order of pumpkin bisque soup. The server had a not-so-friendly demeanor from the moment I walked in. Not sure if that had to do with me arriving at 8:30 pm and them closing at 9:00 pm? Had to rush a loved one to the ER earlier this afternoon and was hungry, so I figured I would pick up a quick bite since it's close to the hospital.
This review is not about a bad attitude; it's NYC after all. What I can't deal with is poor hygiene. The server took my order and served my soup with no gloves. He then asked if I wanted focaccia bread. I thought he was definitely going to put on gloves now! Nope! Then, after literally asking me if I wanted bread, he forgets the bread lol. So I politely asked, and instead of putting on gloves, he grabbed a napkin, then the bread, and dropped it into the bag, including the napkin with no gloves. I was so grossed out. I threw away the spoon and bread and drank the soup out of the container. If I wasn’t so hungry I would have also thrown the soup away. If this is the way they serve their food, I will not be returning. Disappointed because the soup was actually good!

I have ordered delivery here 3 times. And each time it has taken well over an hour (sometimes 2) to reach me. I understand that my work is a 15 minute drive away so takes a bit of time. But it also appears it takes them on average around 40-50 minutes just to make a salad. Also the delivery driver often delivers several orders before mine, which I understand but it seems the delivery driver and workers have waaaaay too much on their plate or the place is deeply mismanaged. Like I don’t want to be a Karen but I usually don’t have long to eat lunch and hate waiting hours for my food. They should at least update their delivery time from 30-40 minutes to 90-120 to be more accurate. Still love the salads though just will never get them delivered again.
