I came in to the 7th ave bk location for a hearty salad to support my newly active lifestyle. I was greeted by the whole team and helped by Desmond and Shay. I appreciate that they were so patient with me as i customized my salad. I usually feel pressure from staff because im so indecisive but they were super chill and friendly. They even gave me great reccomendations that tasted amazing. I also thought it was sweet that they know the names and orders of their regular customers; to see the old man hand them his bowl and just walk to the register gave me a little chuckle. Honestly theyre serving more than “Just Salad”, theyre serving a little bit of kindness and a lotta bit of care, making this a staple spot in the neighborhood. Dont just take my word for it, come see for yourself ☺️

I’ve ordered from this place several times and it’s pretty rare that the entire order is right or even good quality. If you pay for extra protein, you’ll get the normal amount (barely any). Tonight I ordered delivery and the rice was either not cooked or several days old. I’ll be surprised if I’m not incredibly sick in a few hours.
Nicole, the manager at this location is amazing! She always takes care of everyone and makes sure that everyone is happy. The food is always fresh and the service is always terrific.

I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered delivery and one salad was missing several ingredients, and barely any of other add-ons. But the real damage is, there was a bug that looks an awful lot like a maggot in the salad. Yes, a maggot. I’m disgusted and will never be eating here again
