The food is healthy and delicious but the Needham MA location can’t seem to figure out how to handle online orders. Every time I order in advance, when I arrive at the time it should be ready, it’s usually not. After standing around for 10-15 minutes waiting with other angry customers, the order finally comes out. Not fast or a good experience.

Neomi was exceptional, she recommended a salad that was delicious and provided me with different options to get more bang for my buck. Her customer service was amazing ! Hopefully she’s there to make my salad again next time
