Some of my order was missing but they offered the replacements. Good customer service.

I placed an order at 5 pm and it was 6:30 pm and the food was not ready. A bunch of employees with no organization and rude. Do better

Service was not good

Terrible experience. I had to wait 45 minutes for my order, and the bartender didn’t seem to care at all. When I asked if my order was ready, he just said, “Give me 5 minutes.” After 15-20 more minutes, I asked again if he could check, but he didn’t even respond. Eventually, he checked and repeated, “Give me 5 minutes.” I waited patiently—another 15 minutes—but nothing changed. He only seemed to care about the customers sitting at the bar. I didn’t appreciate this attitude and will never order from this place again.

I love Kachè restaurant,I was there on Saturday 4/12/25 for Ghislaine’s 80 th birthday celebration.Everything was on point as always.I highly recommend this restaurant for all occasions.

The food is definitely A1. Everything was reasonably priced and tasted delicious. I found my new go to place for Haitian cuisine. Thank you.

We chose to have diner at this restaurant last evening, and this recent experience was deceitful compare to previous times. Although the waitress was nice, but the service was really poor, we were presented a based menu with no choices of appetizers & drinks. The main course was served in salade plates & the food was cold. We don't understand the 18% additional service charge, frankly, the service wasn't worth it.
The atmosphere was pleasant. We truly wish they pay attention to the service in a way to keep the good standard. Hopefully we'll have a better experience, next time.

firstly they took 3 hours to serve our meals , they didn’t come on time , then had the audicty to even charge us a total of 700 +with no discount . Do not go here .

I would like to say thank you to the staff, the reception was great, atmosphere was amazing, the waitress was very friendly and friendly, her name is Regine. That was my first time in Lago kache, and the service was 10 out of 10

I placed an order, waited 20 minutes, walked in to pick up my order and the girl behind the bar did not even notice that my order came in, she accepted it and I spent the next 30 minutes waiting for my order well they kept running back and forth into the kitchen to hurry up to cook, 10 minutes later they brought out my order, turns out it wasn't even my order, spend the next 15 minutes walking back and forth waiting for more getting aggravated, don't come here if you value your time and one good service, like the person below me said.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in here for a pickup order. Waited for 30 minutes while they ran around to kitchen and back and kept telling me it's coming. The owner is behind the bar drinking during work. The other owner is smoking hookah, while the bartender lady runs back and forth to kitchen to ask what's going on with my order. After 36 minutes they brought out the food, packaged it in front of me, and it was the wrong food, I had to wait another 20 minutes just to get my food. Terrible place terrible service.

Don't go here if you value your time and like to be serviced well.

I am white and everyone in here decided to delay my order and make me wait because I am white. They only look after their own people. Not recommend. 0 stars.

I like this place is beautiful and clean, food is good, what I love the most when you enter there you feel like you back home only haitien music they played good job guys

I've eaten here on 3 different occasions, the food is always great! Excellent service as well, the staff are very friendly and kind.
