Worst place to go to , called 9 times to make a reservation and no answer, finally they answered the phone and lied about it being busy that’s why they didn’t answer. When I walk in 15mins later it was empty. Nobody greeted me and my girlfriend, we sat down, we had to ask a guy to bring us a menu , the girl that supposed to service us went downstairs and left the bar and the customer hanging. You could hear her laughing downstairs and being loud , I ordered a juice because the food person (which is the lady) was downstairs so we couldn’t order food yet. After waiting for almost 30mins I asked to pay for my juice , they said $5 cash and zelle only . Didn’t even care to call the waitress for us to order. Don’t go there!

We booked this restaurant for our father’s 85th birthday (25 guests) and it was an absolute train wreck. Guests weren’t seated properly, no water on the tables, and we waited 2.5 hours for appetizers. Plates weren’t cleared, food came out after 8 PM, and there were only 3 waitresses running around trying to cover Uber Eats, takeout, dine-in, and our private party. Total circus.
The owner? Nowhere to be found. Not once did he check on us or even show basic courtesy. Instead, I had to roll up my sleeves and serve my own guests—at a party we PAID for. Unprofessional doesn’t even begin to describe it.

If you can’t handle a private event, don’t book one. This place needs a serious reality check on hospitality and customer service.

I am very disappointed with my experience. Over the phone, I was told that a large fritay would come with everything, but when I got there, it was nothing like what was promised. The portion was small — not even four fried plantains — and the fish tasted terrible. On top of that, everything looked and tasted like it was fried in dirty oil.
I feel like I completely wasted my hard-earned money. I even took a picture, but I won’t post it because I don’t think it will help future customers — instead, I hope the owner takes this seriously and makes changes.
The first time I came with my family, it was decent, but this time was a disaster. People work too hard for their money to be treated and served like this.

The first time coming two months ago it was fantastic, they offered chips and salsa, the actually had what they said they would on the menu and the food came with 5-6 plantain. Now they don’t offer no chips, half the things they don’t have and they give you only two plaintain for $45?!. Won’t be returning, if you cheap out you lose customers.

Beautiful atmosphere! We were visiting Brooklyn NY and was looking for a nice Caribbean restaurant and there was Lago Kache restaurant! The staff were very friendly plus there was beautiful music playing in the background while waiting for our food. The wait wasn’t too long, which was great because we were starving. The only thing I can comment on is the fact that their soft drink menu was limited to 2 or 3 different juices, that’s it! No papaya juice, no soursop juice when I was there. Other than that, I had a really great experience at Kache. Go check them out if you’re in Brooklyn!

I had my wedding reception there which was amazing.They provided me the highest quality services 🤗listen my fellow Haitians we finally have a good bar restaurant where we can feel at home support that business I guarantee you won’t regret it.

Went for a graduation dinner. Ambiance was amazing. A good mixture of music. The food was delicious. Authentic haitian food. However, the reason for the low score is the bar. There is no reason we had to get up SEVERAL times to get a cocktail. There was at most 2 or 3 people in the restaurant besides the group of 20 people. Only 6 cocktails were ordered at a time. So I'm confused why the bartender would take 20/30 minutes to make a rum and coke or a vodka cranberry. I hope Alex hires more bartenders. If you don't mind the wait then eat here. Food is very amazing
