Our favorite neighborhood spot, a daily stop for me. The staff goes above and beyond to remember your name and order and makes the experience personal. It can get busy on the weekends given how busy the area/piers get, but the staff is always on top of it working hard to make sure the wait isn't too bad. The coffee is consistently great -- the sesame latte (both hot and cold) is incredible, and their cold brew shake is a must have. Cannot say enough good things about this spot, definitely check it out!!

We popped in for a flat white whilst waiting for the ferry to Wall Street. This was the best coffee we've had in our short stay in the USA and it was accompanied by a delicious vegan tahini cookie.

There was plenty of space and we managed to find a socket to charge a mobile phone.

If you're looking for a coffee experience that blends exceptional flavors with stunning views, Kaigo Coffee Room is an absolute must-visit! Their cold brew is a standout—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced, it’s the kind of drink that refreshes while still delivering a robust coffee flavor.

What truly elevates your visit, though, is the breathtaking view of the New York City skyline. There’s something magical about sipping on that delicious cold brew while gazing out at the iconic buildings and vibrant energy of the city. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind or catch up with friends.

Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Kaigo Coffee Room offers a delightful combination of fantastic coffee and unforgettable vistas. Highly recommend!

Cafe on the water front that offers espresso drinks with Asian flair, iced teas and a good menu. I tried the black sesame latte and the flavor was wonderful and not overly sweet . The grilled cheese had herbs on the outside . I would go again .Look at the cheese pull on the grilled cheese !

Given the layout of the shop and furniture, I t’s clear that this space was designed to grab and go. This makes sense given the waterfront views and access right outside. The service is quick and efficient and were able to move a late Sunday morning line well!!Enjoyed a hot matcha with oat and my companion had a black sesame latte. She’s almost 80 and doesn’t have much of a sweet tooth and it ended being too sweet for her. Went back in to add additional oat milk to temper. We loved getting our drinks, and sitting out by the water to catch up, and enjoy the sun!
