Had their classic Laghman with broth and Shashlik. Laghman was pretty good. Noodles it could be better. But overall still good. Shashlik meat was unusually soft. I guess they smash it before cooking. Tasted pretty nice.
Serving Lady was was pretty kind but can be more attentive to tables.

Insane. The lamb dumplings are the most fusion-ist food I've had in my life. The inside is Lebanese but the dumpling part is east Asian and the sour cream dip is eastern European. Crazy crazy good. Omg LOVE

It was one of the most delicious meal during our stay in New-York, even one of the year. After a day at Coney Island, on November 13, 2024, a meal to remember. Uighur gastronomy is at the crossroads of different cultures. Sublime discovery, thank you.

Food here is always excellent, and I have known and respected the owners for the past 17 years. Unfortunately, a new waitress has been very rude. She brought my food and spilled it, used curses, and even had a conflict with two other customers in front of me. I have great respect for the owners and the restaurant, but this waitress is making the experience unpleasant.

Ordered online, got only half of order … had to ask for refund. Out of 5 items , 2 were missing…
Food is good … but service terrible . For over 50 dollars order you expect something good…

Really good food, terrible service. The server was extremely rude. And she forgot to put in half of our order so there was a 20 minute intermission between the first few dishes and the last few items we ordered.

The lamb kebab was notably juicy and flavorful. The bosu lagman was good too, as I was would expect from a standard fried noodle dish. Funny enough, my favorite discovery was trying the Natakhtari pear carbonated soft drink.

This place is SO good!!! My friends and I wanted to try Uyghur cuisine during a trip to Brighton Beach, and Kashkar did not disappoint. The restaurant is peaceful and charming, and our server was welcoming and delightful. There is a lot of choices on the menu, and all our dishes were delicious. Our favorites were the jujava dumplings, bosu laghman, and polo.

How does it have 5Stars?!?$ may be locals supporting local businesses, food is horrible, bland, table next to us got up and left with plates still full! We should've left right away but stayed. Beshbarmak was a disaster. Soup was salty! Kebabs drowned in cumin!
