The food was amazing, I ordered the falafel sandwich which was $8 and the chicken over rice which was also $8. Both were well made and the portions were generous. This is a bang for your buck considering how expensive meals are in this area. They even have a green sauce available that they make themselves.
Kazi himself despite a bit of a language barrier is an awesome person to speak to, he is generous in terms of helping his clients out both in pricing and with his sympathy. The service is awesome and overall I would recommend this halal cart/food to anyone out there!
The food was fantastic, but the portion size was disappointing. For the price I paid, I expected more chicken. I even requested extra meat and paid an additional $5, but when I opened my order, there was barely any. If you’re going to charge extra, make sure it’s reflected in the portion—otherwise, it feels like a ripoff.
