Beware of the guy at the counter. Their toasters are always broken. I once ordered a toasted cream cheese bagel and he told me their toaster has been broken for a few weeks! How do you satisfy your customers?! Just buy a new toaster, they don't cost much. They have to use the microwave to heat it up. Last time I got a toasted butter roll and he charged me $2. Yesterday he charged me $1.50. And there was no butter on my toast!!!!!! All I am eating is a burnt toasted roll !!!! Also when you're in the store, he watches you like a hawk!
