Keep in mind that a matzo bakery makes just the one product - matzo - and nothing else that you might expect from a generic bakery. They have a selection of specialty matzo items, like matzo made from spelt, Arizona wheat and some other specialty flours. Being a hand-baking operation, expect to pay the prevailing high price per pound. There is no machine-made matzo here.
