I give this restaurant 5 stars because the food is good. Also they're open until 3 in the morning, so if you're out or up late you can call and order. Or pick up a late night meal or snack.

I was originally going to place my order via Ubereats and glad I didn’t or else I would’ve wasted more money. I’m visiting NY and we have a few Kennedy’s back home. I needed a simple quick food option! When I called to do a pickup order instead, the owner said that “you called and placed order here before but never come to pick up.” I had to immediately check him that I don’t live here and this is my first order I’m placing with him. He said “oh ok” but didn’t think to apologize or maybe you have the wrong person? Of course, that set the tone. I told him twice I would like a 6 piece and he proceeds to repeat the order and says 9 piece and why I don’t want 9. (lol because that’s not what I’m asking for). I understand this is NY but people are so quick to hustle and outsmart you. When I picked up the food and came home, the worst quality which I’m shocked because the food is supposed to be way better here. I’m disappointed with the owner, food and obviously will never be back! People really don’t take pride in their businesses or customer service anymore and it shows.

This is not my first time experiencing this..when they don’t have/have but want to split among customers..they will literally give you other chicken pieces than the ones you PAID for, on Uber eats and you can’t do anything because it’s already delivered!! I hate this. Don’t charge me for what you didn’t send.
A delightful experience.From first glance I thought that the service and the food was just gonna be okay. It turned it to be great! The chicken and fries were so good and reminded of how great it is to be in a place like New York. The staff was very polite to me and I was enjoying the tastes of the food so much! This was a tasty experience, definitely my favorite thing to order is the gyro. Go here if ya got some spare dollars and want some food!
