I came here for the first time yesterday and I was blown away. The atmosphere was amazing for the England v New Zealand rugby match. The service by the waitresses and bar tenders was attentive and they couldn't have done more for us

The waitresses are horrible and rude. This place used to be great and their staff single-handedly ruined this place. We brought a group of 15 friends and they treated everyone horribly. We’ll never be back after being loyal customers for years.

Phenomenal staff and vibes. Siobhan might be one of the loveliest humans, servers/bartenders I’ve ever come across. She’s one of the highlights of this place! 10/10 recommend.

She went above and beyond to ensure our group was well taken care of, even during a busy bar with England playing rugby. My favorite place in NYC. As a non American it’s always hard to find places that feel like home but the Kent Ale house nails it. The team are welcoming - Siobhan, Clive and everyone always look after us. We never have to wait for beers and there’s a great atmosphere. The food is solid but the team atmosphere and beers are incredible. There’s nowhere else I’d want to spend my weekends
Came here to watch a 49ers Game, but unfortunately not til 8 tonite; got here @ 4:15, nice place had appetizers and it certainly was different but very good. Had the Philly Cheesestake Rolls & Artichoke dip definitely different and delicious. Will come back when there is an Actual 49ers Game next time for sure.
