The go-to Halal cart in this neighborhood, and probably one of the best in Brooklyn. Food is always made fresh and the owner is always friendly. Can't go wrong with either the chicken or lamb over rice (or the combo of both). Huge portions that cover 1.5 meals, for less than $10. Highly recommend!

I wish I had pictures but every time I get a lamb gyro, white sauce, hot sauce, it disappears. Service isn't instant, but that's because everything is cooked to order. The pita is buttery and has the perfect texture, the lamb is some of the best I've had from a cart, the hot sauce and white sauce add the perfect amount of flavor, and there's enough vegetables to add texture, flavor, and moisture. It hits the spot every time. The lamb gyro's one of the best things you can get in this city for $7; I just wish I could get it on Sundays, but people gotta rest.

I’ve been a very satisfied customer of Kero’s Halal for many years. Chicken over rice is my go to. What makes this cart better than the vast majority of halal carts is that most of them precook their chicken and then just heat it up (often not even enough) to order. This means you get the food very fast but the meat is dry. Kero cooks raw chicken in small batches for each order. It’s juicy, delicious, hot, the portion size is good, and it’s a great value. The gyros I’ve had on occasion were great too.
