Food order was completely wrong, I asked for Leg, thigh, and 2 breast with mash. I was given two legs two thighs fries and a smashed biscuit, and a diet coke with no ice. Horrible attitude, and service. 0 stars.

The service is usually fast, so I go to this KFC. Today I placed an order, and its disappointing that the cashier taking my order was very rude & disrespectful. I hope the owner or manager will address this matter. I asked for her name & I glanced at her name tag which said “Queen”.

I stop by occasionally because its right on Flatbush Ave, I drive home from work this way and get the occasional craving. Sadly 9 out of 10 times they forget something in my order, and it is the most frustrating thing in the world to get home expecting to eat something only to realize that it’s missing.The resolution thus far has been “can’t you come back for it?!” No ma’am I am not gonna climb down 4 flights of stairs, get in my car, drive for 20 min for my mashed potatoes.. I just want them in my bag when I order them! ??♀️?The one star is because sometimes the employees here are niceish and the food is ok.

My kids like KFC, that's why for the lanch today we decided to have a food on Kentucky Fried Chicken. We You know, as everywhere Chicken was good, soup, pasta and French Fries were also good. In contrast to our previous visit to KFC in Miami, service was perfect. Bathrooms were very clean, I was surprised. Thank you for everything, we'll definitely come again.Parking for 10-12 cars, wife, conditions for wheelchair accessible people and bathrooms for guests are available.Khumoyun Akhmadjonov
