They just need to replace the whole entire staff. They mostly don't really care about anything. There's really not much urgency. There isn't much hospitality. The ice machine doesn't have ice. Most concerning there were PENNIES IN THE ICE MACHINE.

Terrible service at KFC! The staff is unbelievably rude! They force couriers to prepare drinks and act like it’s part of their job! It’s not, and on top of that, it’s completely unhygienic!
The employees are arrogant, slow, and don’t care about customers at all. They just want to get rid of you as fast as possible. Absolutely disgraceful! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

This KFC location has some serious issues. Forces delivery couriers to prepare customer orders. This is not their job at all, and they don’t get paid extra for it. It’s also completely unhygienic—couriers spend their day on the road with dirty hands, and this restaurant is clearly exploiting them.
The service is terrible. This is my second visit, and last time, the staff seemed high and extremely slow. I strongly advise against ordering from here or picking up delivery orders at this location.

I get a 4pc chicken meal with 2 sides. They FORGOT the ENTIRE chicken and biscuits. How do they forget to put chicken in the bag? Pretty much got less than half my order. Place is cooked man, just watching the new hire put the chicken in and out of the same box over 3 times just for them to forget to put it in the bag. I paid 10 dollars for essentially 2 small sides.
I called customer support just for nothing to happen. I'll change the rating if they even care enough to rectify it tomorrow,
If they want to be forgetful, I can remember to be petty. Made an account just for this.
EDIT: Went back the next day, they don't even have chicken. Honestly just close this place down so literally any other restaurant that serves actual food (popeyes). Go anywhere else don't give these people your money.
