The worst restaurant has good food but the staff is really incredible after 10 minutes in the restaurant no one takes care of it for months. Strangely the woman who was serving today at 9:40 p.m. who treats us meal delivery people as worthless by throwing away our phones and shouting at us. I will never accept orders from Uber Eats in this restaurant

The store is always full of homeless people that management lets loiter on the premises. Workers are unprofessional at best. My last experience, I ordered two famous bowls and And mostly gravy with a spoonful of potatoes; and a cranberry sweet lightning Mountain Dew, but some type of orange drink instead. Uber eats denied a refund saying they could not find anything wrong with my order after investigation, the restaurant never answers their phone, and after writing corporate, they told me to reach out to Uber eats.

I hadn't had KFC in ages! I ordered online and picked up in person. The customer service was great - super helpful. They guys even gave me plates and napkins. The whole process was quick and efficient, and the meal was a great value. We even had leftovers!

I walked up to the pickup counter to get my personal mobile order. Stood there for 5 minutes while Jeun Alisson was taking and completing a customer's order. As soon as she was done and with noone else on line, I asked her to get my order. She stayed at the register and asked for my name. I politely asked her to come near me just knowing the prepared orders were closer to me and team members usually approach the pickup side of the counter when you need them. She became hostile and unfriendly. She made a nasty face, sucked her and walked away. Another employee gave me my order 3 minutes later.
