Very bad service, food and experience for a KFC. The manager needs to be trained properly. I ordered a family meal that come with 2 large sides the manager refused to give me a fries he said they only offer mashed potatoes with meals. Upon arrival home the Chicken was very soggy, my family members couldn't consume this food. The skin of the chicken was inconsistent and breaking apart. To top that off I suppose to get 12 pieces however only got 8 pieces of chicken that cost $45.60 I don't recommend this location to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting! The place smelled terrible as soon as I walked in, that should’ve been a sign right there. The health department needs to inspect this place immediately. I found hair in the mashed potatoes, and the girl behind the register was rude and rushing me to leave. When I asked for ketchup, she had an attitude and only gave me one jelly.

Very poor experience — no restroom, bad service, greasy and undercooked chicken, and no napkins. I don’t recommend this KFC at all. This KFC on 1556 Myrtle Avenue in Brooklyn is one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. The food is greasy, poorly cooked, and the portions are ridiculously small. The customer service is rude and unprofessional, making the whole experience unpleasant.
On top of that, this location does not have a restroom for customers, which is unacceptable and against basic standards for a restaurant. Honestly, this place needs a serious health and safety inspection from the proper authorities.
I strongly recommend avoiding this KFC – there are far better places to eat in Brooklyn.

The Colonel’s eleven herbs and spices are long gone… Kentucky Fried Chicken will always have a special place in my heart but man what is going on with the American restaurants. The food has nothing special here, it’s hard to admit but Popeye’s or Raising Cane’s are better options if wanna get fried chicken. I hope KFC will switch gears and get back that number one chicken spot reputation.
