Went Saturday 12:15 LUNCH TIME 4PC COMBO fries mixed with old dry fries chicken didn't taste right gritty dry not right tasting sounds crazy ... on the way home starving and really wanted to enjoy the meal THE WORST UGHHH threw the entire meal out 15 bucks down the drain never ever again...sorry I never right reviews but I'm pissed...ps service was fantastic...

The environment is so bad, gum and spider webs under table , bathrooms not usable probably the worst KFC I have ever been too
I waited 2 hours for a Grubhub order and they sent me the wrong food. Everything was disgusting old chicken inedible sides. All I wanted was a chicken pot pie they send inedible chicken bowl with old hard chicken and the most nauseating and sad mash and corn. This location is honestly god awful. I’m never ordering again. Lesson learned.

I ordered the 16 peice tenders family meal which comes with 4 large sides, 8 sauces, and 8 biscuits. I also ordered 2 gravys which are extra orders, not with the family meal. This order was for delivery. I was missing ALL EIGHT BISCUITS AND ONE OF THE GRAVYS!!! $54.97 subtotal! That's already a lot! Imagine tacking on fees, taxes and tip! $72.33! To not receive a quarter of your order when you spend that much money is unacceptable! To make matters worse, I called the store 7 times and no one answered! I am so upset!

Shift Manager told me to shut up! Me and 3 other people waiting with the orders, when I’ve asked how long would it take to get the food, she said “quite long, we have so many orders today” 😂 literally me and 3 another persons. That’s unbelievable, looks like a turtle race, they are working slower than a regular 90 yrs old guy. Probably they are doing community service. No other way people working that way. Manager with a saddest face ive ever seen told me there is no drink ive ordered, I’ve aksed why and inform her that’s should be mentioned to me before I’ve placed my orther, then she told me she would not talk to me because I’m disrespectful and I should shut my mouth and sit down 😎.
