I recently visited a KFC, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The restroom was not only dirty but also had a strong, unpleasant smell, which made the entire area unbearable to be in. On top of that, there was no hand washing station available, which made the lack of hygiene even worse. As for the food, it wasn’t up to the usual standard either. The chicken was cold, which made it feel like it had been sitting around for too long. I definitely don’t recommend this location! I honestly wouldn't even give this place a single star if I could.

This place sucks chicken burnt cold, and taste nasty. It’s been laying in that heater looks stale this Place should be shut down $40 down the drain I demand a refund and they refuse. I will be getting corporate office involved. This place is despicable.

I will never ever order anything from this KFC,, again. I came her a couple of times food was really good, the guy at the window was super cool,, but just yesterday I ordered the classic chicken pot pie and 5 drum stix cause they didn't have any other parts besides thighs which seemed odd, took the food home the pot pie was like it was two days old didn't look right, the drum stix, if you know food you can tell they were stale about two days old didn't smell right, they were dry some parts hard, and mind you I always get the original recipe I keep it classic, didn't have any greasy mess to it at all, I had to repeat my order at the drive through 3-times for that simple order, I also had a large mac & cheese. the mac & cheese was ok nice and hot even driving four blocks to get home, but those drum sticks, I wouldn't put it pass them that they took them out of the throw out bunch and sold it to me,, completely disgusting, never ever buying from this KFC again

I go here a lot I have a usual order. It’s usually a famous bowl no corn and 2 chicken littles no picks. I love kfc but this place is always 50% on their attention to detail. Over the past month if ordered my usual 4 times and 50% of the time my order is correct. Y’all need to listen and read the orders
This KFC needs to work on their internal operation process, I don't think management is looking at these reviews at all.
1. Order processing accuracy is way off they can't get it correct
2. Stick to the original chicken vs the crispy chicken they will over cook it to the point it will be super dry.
3. If you are going to make a big order, go in person to verify it.

Staff was cool .... they got the order out quickly. The only thing (nothing bad at all , just odd).... When the guy was taking my order , I was telling him the order and he was just looking at me with a blank stare.... I didn't know if he had someone else ordering through the headset in the drive thru or he was listening to me..... But I ended up pausing and looked at him blankly the same way ... then it looked like he came out of a trance and he continued like that didn't just happen...... anyway , he took the order , put the order together and I was in and out in about 5 minutes for real...
