I visited on April 14, 2024. The quality of the chicken is absolutely terrible. I’ve been to other KFC locations in NY and by far the quality of the chicken here has been the absolute worst. You can tell the chicken was not fresh. Definitely re-fried several times. Flavor was almost non existent. The oil they cooked it in tasted so old like it’s been sitting there for days on end. KFC has an amazing brand and reputation for great chicken in the USA and abroad. Please hire some quality assurance managers at this location to ensure the product is up to standard. Because right now it is NOT!

Whenever ordering mixed pieces of chicken trust but verify. Many of these franchises have a tendency of putting the worse and hardest pieces of chicken at the bottom of the container and lead us to believe that we are getting what we order. Such case with many of the establishment in certain markets and communities.

They had a full staff, and for some reason, they were all in the back. Instead of coming up front and someone taking an order, the manager even walked by me as if he didn't see me . He also didn't tell anyone to come up front and take my order . The food was good and fresh. I just wish they attitude could match the food .

Whoever works at this KFC around 7:30-8:00 pm Monday, October 16 2023. thank you for sending me rotten smelling chicken. Chicken smelled like it was never cleaned properly. 2nd, thank you for making the famous bowl 60% gravy. 3rd, thank you for sending a 3 piece combo instead of a 3 piece big box like the ordered states. You either have to be lazy or have the IQ lower than room temperature to make a famous bowl basically gravy. The chicken chunks in the famous bowl are almost the size of a chicken thigh f u.

Customer service is absolute garbage,had me waiting there for 15 min while they chat in the back and one lady sat there staring at me waiting the whole time while folding boxes like a weirdo.
Don't see how they keep their doors open. Horrible!! Remember as a kid when hands down was crazy good. Now Popeyes got them so beat.

Upon our arrival to this location we observed the staff laughing and the supervisor Goofing off we waited for ten minutes not a single employee took our orders or said anything to us the supervisor began flirting with one of his employees and stared at me without saying a single word we eventually left I will never ever support another KFC again just because of the unprofessionalism
