No matter how many times you ask them to double toast the roll and cook the bacon well done, they always undercook everything.

Been here a handful of times, food and service has always been fine. Went today for my usual turkey on a bagel, got home, ate half, and approx 10 minutes later I'm nauseous and throw up the whole thing. I thought the bagel tasted a little like soap, but nothing crazy. This is the only thing I ate today, so something was definitely funky on my sandwich. Proceed with caution for deli orders.

Not the best BEC in nyc but gives a lot of other local bagel shops a run for their money. Bagels are always fresh- I recommend a classic bacon, egg and cheese or bagel with cream cheese. Wish they had more latte, coffee and tea options. Wait time is usually on the longer side and a bit pricy for quality of the food.

It's an ok bagel but don't make any special try to try it. It does that job and if I'm hungover in the morning it gets me going but I don't crave this spot and it's more-so for convenience. They do have quite a selection of sandwich, cream cheese and baked good options to choose from. Service is fast but getting your order can sometimes be chaotic depending how busy they are. A decent bagel at a decent price. A grab and go spot. 3.5/5

This place is conveniently near the Atlantic Ave/Barclay's Center station and also happens to serve really good bagels. I really don't understand some of these negative reviews -- if you're there to buy a really good, chewy bagel this place always delivers.

best bagels in Brooklyn for me. Always fresh & delicious. The lox bagel sandwich is a great deal. They put on so much lox. Great staff. I really like the egg, sausage & cheese. Is it time for breakfast yet?

They don't sell Kombucha but they sure do sell Muffins the size of a babies head and chewy and fresh bagels. I wanted French toast but opted for the local bagel shop and glad I did. Friendly service-shoutout to Sid! Clean shop and quick service, I was in & out in less than 7 minutes. I took my order to go, but they have a couple of tables and chairs if you wanted to stay. Go here, I still snacking on that muffin and I was there like 3 hours ago...

Solid food, great service, huge selectionAlmost skipped because of the bad reviews from yelp. Glad I didn't!

I came on a Sunday at around 1PM. The place was basically empty. Had I read the reviews beforehand, I might have steered clear. But I'm pleasantly surprised. Speedy service, soft bagel, didn't skimp on lox or cream cheese. It's expensive, but so is every bagel shop within walking distance. I am proceeding with caution but I think I'll come again.

I want so much to like this place because it would be so great to have a great sandwich place near me. But it's like, the customer service ranges from "lack thereof" to "actively adversarial"--I don't even want to know what the dude shouted after me today when I wished him happy Hanukkah. (Dude, it's a bagel place! I should feel safe wishing people happy Hanukkah!!!!) I would love so much to have this be a great sandwich place near me but it's at the point of "the definition of insanity is going to Bergen Bagels and expecting different results." I can't stress enough that it brings me no joy to have a terrible experience here. But here we are....Nobody should be yelled at for wishing a happy Hanukkah to the clerk in a bagel store.....

I received a bag with my Farm One order and am obsessed! These are so good. Will order more.

Always get the order wrong. Staff is kind of rude. Overall horrible place. Bagels (if u by chance get the right one) are ok at best.

Every time I come here, I feel like the universe is reminding me as to why I shouldn't. Today a young worker got my order wrong, argued with me about it, and handed it to me in a very rude fashion. I have lived here for ten years but enough is enough, I am done with them. It's a shame because their other two locations are not bad at all, but this one seems cursed! Avoid Bergen Bagels on Fulton & Washington at all costs!

Kg bagel chips are like no other, since they come from real bagels the flavor and texture are amazing! If you are lucky to buy some chips directly form the founder you would tell right away why KG bagel chips are the best!

Kg's Bagel Chips is absolutely delicious. I love that it's made from unused bagels. Best artisanal Brooklyn snack!
