How do I begin. Maybe with the massive flood light that was blasted on the dance floor all night. If you’re looking for a sobering awkward dance experience this place is for you. You wanna see all your friends pores this the place for you. I tried to help but was met by this weird manager lady in an awkwardly awful striped shirt telling me if I don’t like it I could leave. Whatever it ain’t that serious I was there for a friend. But when I saw other people pointing it out we got 36 people on this tiny dance floor to sign a petition to turn it off, she decided to throw me out. I don’t blame the light/stage tech, they were gorgeous, or the security they were very sweet, but the manager clearly doesn’t get out much. I hope she reflects on this moment to understand the experience of dancing under a floodlight while having a late night out with friends, and understands that instead of being stubborn maybe just turn the light off lovey. It’s not that difficult. It wasn’t me getting people into it, as she claimed, but people coming together as a dance floor/customers to point it out as bad vibes. Doing tooooo much to curate awful vibes in some weird fit too. ANYWAYS IF YOU LIKE FLOODLIGHTS THIS THE PLACE TO BE.. But all us normal people will be elsewhere.

A fun little venue. Bar staff were friendly, prices were pretty typical for a venue bar, but the pours were quite generous. Only draw back was the security staff who really seemed like they didn't want to be there.

So I went with a friend to see the Janani K. Jha event with TE/MO opening, and it was fun overall. We also got to try some drinks and tacos and weren't disappointed. The chicken tacos were great, and the chorizo were my personal favorite. Really fresh ingredients and seasoned well. Drinks were great too. My margaritas were perfect. The ambiance was nice. The stage area was very cool. One issue was the security guy at the front. He was very rude towards me, calling me a fool because I was trying to find my ticket on my phone to show when I got inside while he was putting my wrist band on. So unnecessary. The only reason I didn't confront that behavior was because I didn't want to make a scene, and my I wanted to be there for my friend to support the talent they like, so I let it slide. I definitely would've given this place 5 stars if it wasn't for him. The other issue was the room where the performances were, was very hot and made my friend uncomfortable to the point where they had to step out several times just to get some fresh air. Otherwise, the rest of the staff were so friendly and professional, and my friend and I enjoyed most of our experience here.

I really wanted to like Baby’s All Right, but honestly, it didn’t live up to the hype. First off, it’s a very white club in Williamsburg, and while the space itself is pretty big, the experience just wasn’t worth it. The tickets were expensive, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn’t working, so the whole place felt like a sweaty mess.

On the plus side, parking was super easy to find, which was a nice surprise for Williamsburg. But once inside, it got so packed because they clearly oversell tickets. It’s hard to enjoy yourself when you’re shoulder-to-shoulder with people, and let’s just say deodorant wasn’t a priority for a lot of them.

The music didn’t save the night either—it was pretty underwhelming and not worth the price or the long commute. If you’re looking for a fun night out, there are definitely better spots to check out. This one felt like a letdown.

let's see ... zero stars to doorman whose response to " do you need an I. D. or a ticket?" was " i don't care ". one star to ticket scanner who couldn't be bothered to make eye contact with any ticket holders. two stars to sound booth that neglected the guitar player's repeated signaling to fix the feedback issue ( which could be heard by the audience between songs). if you've bothered to read this far ... yep. grumblings from an old man who has tired of the transplanted brooklynites who's ideas of what it is to be a new yorker is from the media they consumed when they were tweeners.

Extraordinary intimate venue. A lot of space and cheap prices. Food is great tasting . Not big portions but , great drink prices. A lot of tables. Live DJ and bands . Very friendly. The next up and coming NYC famous bar. Soon as you go in , you feel New York City.

I love baby’s all right but tonight’s performance was ruined by Thomas the sound engineer who blasted the balance way up and messed up so many audience members’ ears. Several people left early or moved to the back and he wouldn’t listen when he was asked to lower the sound. Realllly disappointed

Excellent, responsible, and well-run venue!! I am so sad that I had to miss a concert here this past Monday 9/30/24, due to a COVID infection, but the venue was prompt in its response to me, was very understanding, and processed my ticket refund. I hope to visit here soon!! Thank you all for being a wonderful management team who cares about the health and safety of your customers!!!!
