I've been eating from here for over 10 years, and they've never disappoint. I moved from brooklyn and still come here every chance I can. By far the best Indian food I've had in

Their food is so good. Our go-to order for years has been their lamb korma and saag paneer with samosa and banana pakora—never disappoints! And recently I tried the shrimp saag—the shrimp was huge and super tasty. Also love the garlic naan. They are a little bit pricier than other places but the flavor is worth it.

Hands down one of the best Indian food I’ve tasted in little Carribean. The store is clean, basmati rice portions are huge. Try their fried banana. They also have seafood curry

Restaurantji Recommends
The chana massala at this place was so great that I practically ate there every other night while I was travelling in New York for work! Do try it out!
Got vegetable biryani from here for $13. Price wise it’s a deal. It was a takeout. By the time the biryani reached its destination the plastic bag was full of oil. On top of that it tasted sweet and non-spicy with cashews, resins, big piece of cucumber and carrot. I have never tasted any biryani so bland and oily. Won’t recommend this place to vegetarians.

This is clearly a more takeout focused restaurant (at least to me), so the interior dine in area was relatively small and the lighting was a little bit jarring. As for the food, it was overall pretty good. My only complaints would be that the samosas were a little dry and the mixed meat biryani lacked a bit of seasoning, but it's something the complimentary condiments could easily fix.The lamb tikka masala was delicious and perfectly spiced, and the basmati had a hint of coconut and paired well with the tikka masala. The garlic naan was very well made and was flavorful as well.Service was good, the man working there was friendly.Overall, a good experience with good food.

Ever since Gandhi restaurant closed in our neighborhood (RIP), this has been our go-to Indian place. While we usually do take out, we’ve dined in before and the staff is professional and kind. Love their chicken biryani and the samosas are great as well, but everything we’ve ordered from KOT has been delicious.
