i did a lunchbox cake decorating class and it was super fun! the instructor was very friendly and patient. in total the class took 2 hours— but jt depends how quick you are at decorating!
such a unique activity, i would recommend it to anyone looking for something new to try!

This place isn't a café any more but they haven't updated their Google description or opening hours. So we wasted a journey.

I had so much fun at this lunchbox cake workshop!! I went solo which was completely foreign to me, but the instructors were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Although I’ve never made a cake nor decorate one before, it was a great experience and the cake tasted sooo delicious!

It was a really cool experience! Staff was very friendly (for the most part). They will briefly show you the basics of cake decorating in front of the group. You have to pay close attention because it’s typically a quick demo in front of the class. Depending on the size of the group—they may not be able to help you much with your personal cake. The frosting I believe was a Swiss buttercream which a lot of people loved. I’m more of an American buttercream person so I’m biased. They have beverages available for purchase which is pretty cool. Mixed reviews on the wine selection, I personally didn’t have any issues. Overall, definitely worth a try, as a cool group activity ?

Attended their lunchbox cake decorating workshop for $90 per person, the instructors were super kind and helpful! We spent around ~2.5 hours decorating and designing the cakes, but could definitely use more help on the frosting haha. The cake tasted delicious once taken back home for consumption, but I’m not tooo sure if I would do another workshop again for $90+. Was a fun experience and on our bucketlist :’), glad we could do it!

Kitsby is no longer a cafe but rather a workshop class where you can choose between different dessert options! You sign up and book an appointment online and each class is roughly ~3 hours. The class we took was the pineapple cake class and it was soo much fun!! Not only was decorating the cakes a blast, but it tasted amazing too. I would love to come back and try their other workshops.

Loved the Thai iced tea lava cake and had wonderful service from Evan!

The best and most memorable food eaten during my week+ long trip to New York! Excellently crafted drinks that focused on the flavor instead of just filling the drinks with sugar along with the most creative, tasty, and well made desserts I've seen! The Thai tea lava cake was a must try and I'll most definitely be back in the future!

Got the thai tea lava cake. The proportions aren't balanced. Not much filling versus cake.

Came here on a Friday evening and our server, Evan, provided outstanding customer service. We ordered a Thai tea lava cake and a green gypsy tea. Everything was amazing and wasn’t overly sweet. Definitely will be coming back soon!

Great ? Dessert

The place is cute definitely worth a try if you love sweets. All the desserts and drinks here are very sweet, which isn’t to my taste. It felt like a sugar rush. I wouldn’t recommend to people who prefer semi-sweet, but 100% recommend if you do love sweets!
