My family has been regular customers of this restaurant and generally pleased with our orders through Ubers Eats for quite some time. So, I was not prepared by the way Uber Eats and the Knapp Street treated me on December 21 when my order never arrived. Uber insisted that it did arrive. I was then directed to call the store directly. Surprisingly, the person I spoke at Knapp Pizza lll contacted the driver who again insisted that I got my food when I did not. I assured him that the driver never rang my bell or took a picture of the delivered. food.The person at the pizza store flippantly said” oh well, I guess someone else took your food.” He offered no refund, apology or another dinner . Finally called my credit card for a credit dispute. Will never patronize this store again.

Pizza comes late, try over 2hrs for a pizza to be delivered. Cold. Dont order from this place they will never cancel your order after you tell them you want to cancel. Then after being late and giving a cold pizza they wont refund you.

I ordered from this place over the phone the manager very nasty and rude over the phone I came in person to see who it was and he cursed me out and was still nasty I WIL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN POOR customer service skills . Nasty rude manager if I could give 0 starts I would 🤮

I order from this place because it's nearby and convenient but EVERY SINGLE TIME I order, the price changes. It used to be like 18, and then 20.50 and then 21, and when I ordered today it was 27. I understand inflation but the price changes in the span of literally a week sometimes.
All I'm ordering is a large round pizza with either half or full pepperioni.
Great food! The service is always warm and welcoming, from the cashiers to the delivery person. They always go above and beyond to accommodate any minor changes you want with your dish AND they always get the order perfect! The food is DELICIOUS! So for I have tried the Ribeye Steak, the pasta Alfredo, the zepoli and the pan pizza… every single item has been cooked to perfection with quality ingredients.
Great dish nice & hot w warm bread & butter. Portion was plenty. Had some international soccer on tv which made meal even better

This place takes me right back to what New York is really about. A family owned and operated business that serves their community. You walk in and the workers know you by name—and vise versa. This small business has kept my neighborhood together and has been there for all of us through good times and bad. Not to mention their AMAZING FOOD.
Their food is high quality and reminds you of your mom’s homemade cooking. You could tell it’s made with love. Between the food and hospitality, that’s what keeps me coming back time and time again.
I also haven’t been able to find a better vodka sauce anywhere!! This place is something special. It’s worth the trip every single time.
The best pizzeria in brooklyn! Their slices are amazing, their sauce is unbeatable, and my personal favorites are the chicken and broccoli slice, veggie slice and the plain slice, unlike any other seriously. Not only is their pizza amazing but their kitchen makes the best hot food, you cant miss out on their pastas and soups especially! The meat sauce and linguine are my go tos. Recently had the shrimp oregnata too and it was delicious! Everything is so flavorful and fresh they really never disappoint. Best pizzeria around!

Ordering from here is never a disappointment, almost a go-to when u want food done right and always meets expectations! Love how they add something as a gift to the order, it's a very nice touch on their part, feels like they appreciate your business and how better to let your customers know about it then a nice special slice, or zeppoles, or anything else they've added. We Really liked that. And besides the food Always being very good, it's like a huge Plus and a super nice touch! Never left us disappointed!
