I make reviews on a lot of places but this place is trash I was so mad I had to wait till I got on break 3 hours later as a courier I'm all over the place how do you call yourself a bagel place and your bagels I know is probably left over from the other day I felt like I was chewing into thin rubber when is moist in the middle I order two cinnamon raisin bagel with butter only good thing was the butter for $5.50 waste of money had to throw the other one away

Good bagels, good prices. Love to get my lox and cream cheese here. Changed from four stars to two because they have a "C" inspection grade. Won't be back until they receive an A. No excuse for a food place to be dirty.

I ordered a bagel with eggs but received bacon along with the eggs. While I understand mistakes can happen, I had confirmed my order before taking it. Instead of clarifying, the staff member spoke to the cashier in Spanish without informing me about the addition. Unfortunately, the incorrect order ended up in the trash, which is both disappointing and wasteful.

Prices are crazy high for bagels. Flour and water are the most profitable items to sell. Not worth the high prices. Maybe they need English speaking help too. Never again.
Parking: Forget double parking. Parking enforcement waits for you to go into store. Go elsewhere as this place is not worth it.

The food is great however customer service is lousy change your staff get some people who speak English Fabian is the worst, no manners none whatsoever he is super rude
Vegetarian options: Forget about the vegetarian concentrate Customer Service
Dietary restrictions: Like you could have low-fat cream cheese, but you don’t The most important thing is Customer Service. We used to go every single morning around 10 o’clock. Yeah we go only sometimes because you have lousy customer service.

As soon as I walked in I got greeted with a Hello and smiles and the aroma of some fresh breakfast just like it's supposed to be if you want a good bagel shop around town definitely come here the food was great bacon was nice and fully cook and it's packed In here meaning everyone loves it here ? ?

The bagels are freshly made everyday they are opened. Wednesday’s are the buy a dozen bagels get 6 Free! Service is always given with a smile
Wheelchair accessibility: Street level on the ground floor. Easy access for wheelchair or walker.

Food is okay at best. Unfortunately, wait times are out of control— waiting 10 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese, 15 minutes for a bagel with American cheese. Wouldn’t recommend if you have a tight lunch break. I’ve had multiple orders come out wrong and/or overcooked. Not the best spot. Hopefully management can step up and make the bagel shop a better place.

I came here one morning to pick up my order, I called ahead, my order wasn't ready, the Man at the counter was rude. My bagel was burnt, complete waste of time and money. I definitely won't go back.
Ordered 2 bagels both with scallion cream cheese waited 20 mins until I finally grew impatient and asked what’s the hold up. They said my order had been ready, I asked why no one said anything and was told “I don’t know”…. I was also in a rush so I was pretty upset at that. I get home to find out they did not even use scallion cream cheese (but charged me for it). Not good. I went here despite their horrible rating. This spot needs management bad.

The location is convenient . The bagels are ok. But staff is so rude on the top they are always making mistakes with the order . Today I come at 6:10 in the morning to get any bagels . Nothing was ready yet . Drove couple blocks to Gerritsen Bagel . They had all kind of bagels already fresh from the oven . Taste you can not even compare it . And most important no miserable staff .
