I got the loxury bagel
It could definitely used some more lox. It looks like there’s a lot in there from the pictures, but that’s just the tomatoes.
It cost like 17 bucks so it definitely feels like I got ripped off somewhat. For that much money I should expect a substantial amount of lox in my bagel imo.

Bagels are good and fresh, but the breakfast sandwich was pretty mid. Your local deli is better. Also kind of confusing ordering/paying set up. I’ve heard there’s often a long line, i don’t think it’s worth waiting for

I ordered a western wrap as I always do, plain with chipotle mayo, bacon and American cheese and salsa. I opened my bag to see a spinach wrap with sausage and that’s it. Not what I asked for and when I called they hung up. Not okay!

Placed a pickup order ahead of time and still had to wait at the restaurant for more than an hour before they finally gave me a refund.
Best bagels in town. But the last couple weeks it has been so busy all the time. Good thing for the business I suppose, but I’m gonna stop coming here if it takes a half hour to get an egg and cheese. Sometimes it’s not that it’s crowded, but the staff is overwhelmed with online orders, so then it takes them 10 minutes to take ur order in person.

Waited at the "Order Here" counter for 10 minutes, no one acknowledged us. Went up to the counter to wait another 8 minutes before someone told us we had to wait back by the sign. What the heck are they doing in here? Uncoordinated, no manager to ensure the drones operate effectively while they're tied to electronics and mobile orders.
Go anywhere else.
