We’ve been back to Kimyo, formerly Koi, multiple times because their Omakase is great value for the price. Their 14 course Omakase is only $49.00 without drinks and includes delicious pieces with wagyu, caviar, truffle, and foie gras. Definitely make a reservation if you’re dining on the weekend.

Vivian was very in tune to us all night. Didn’t have to ask for anything, she was always checking in on what we needed. I recommend this place. Visit for a good atmosphere and good vibes! Sushi was amazing

We selected the 14 course omakase—it was the perfect amount for us to enjoy each without feeling like it was a heavy meal. Each was so unique and tasted amazing! You can really taste each and every ingredient. While there was a small wait at first, we were so grateful that the front of house was able to accommodate us with an earlier time since we arrived before our reservation. The restaurant was very clean, modern in its decor, and the chefs worked seamlessly with each other. Aside from the parking and traffic around that area (but it’s expected), this dining experience exceeded our expectations! Will be saving this spot for another visit soon!

Koi is a restaurant I return to often, offering excellent value with consistently refined food and attentive service. Each visit feels polished, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming.

When it comes to omakase, Koi is always the first restaurant that comes to mind.

I came here with my friend and we ordered the $49 omakase. The service was quick and efficient and the pieces were very good. I do have to say that I have tasted more flavorful pieces but for the price I am supriced of the quality and tasty pieces. I highly recommend this place and I know you would be satisfied. I also felt a bit rushed but the sushi chef took that into consideration and I also understand there is a window especially if there is a big party coming in next so I know that is nothing to fault.

Came for the BOGO offer- I thought it was worth it for the price point. Fish was good I enjoyed, I thought some pieces could have been more “tight”. Overall it was good and glad I tried it. Wasn’t the most upscale experience but it’s a great entry for people who want to dip their foot in omakase experience.

One of the best omakase spot in the city. Top-tier quality, incredible attention to detail, and flawless service every time. Each piece is a masterpiece, making it an unforgettable dining experience from start to finish. 🍣👏✹

Walked in at 8pm on a Friday with my friend. Service was terrible, passive aggressive, and I felt immediately uncomfortable and wanted to leave at that point, but once the sushi chef started preparing food I was stuck there.

Particularly from the wait staff— who seemed to be in their teens.

The kid nearly knocked over the sake glasses onto our laps while shoving things around, and a small request for getting two tiny plates to eat on became a whole ordeal.

If you don't feel comfortable serving people two hours before closing- then change your hours. Sometimes I hate my job too, but guess what— I show up and do a good job anyways. We left well before closing the instant the check was paid.

Total was $160 for some mid omakase and a small bottle of sake— not including tip. I do not recommend this place at all.

From the moment I walked in, there was a strong fish smell. The fish itself didn’t taste fresh or prepared with any craft. I was totally turned off by what I saw behind the “chef’s table”. The food prep and cleaning was done in plain sight, with people moving dirty plates to the back room. Totally unappetizing and a turn off. Gives omakase a bad name. You get what you pay for.
