Love every minute of this experience! Everyone went above and beyond! The waitress (Heather) was amazing. The owner is very nice as he greets the restaurant's patrons! Can't wait to go back for brunch.

I researched this restaurant and also read reviews coupled with calling a friend. She did attest that the food was great! She never mentioned the service. I made reservations way in advantage like a week in only to be seated in alternative seating which was a swing set type dinning area. If this is the type of seating they offer they shouldn’t someone know in advance. I wasn’t a walk in so give me proper seating and not by the door where it’s airy and drafty. I requested another seating arrangement. The host accommodated the changes however someone else may it be the manager came over with an attitude being condescending pretending to care that there was a dissatisfaction. She said that she couldn’t accommodate us however the seating was open. I thought she shouldn’t have interfered and just stayed wherever she was.The noise level was a bit loud however I was able to muster through it.Our server was subpar. She was rough around the edges for me. I did like that she noticed what was needed without me saying much.There was a woman taking pictures who I wished would have explained it was a souvenir as oppose to something else.It’s a very popular restaurant so that means make reservations.I liked the lighting as well. I wasn’t able to see my food that well however it was edible and extremely overpriced food. The gratuity is built in.Vegetarian options: There are vegan options available not much but some.Dietary restrictions: Vegan options are available and I’m certain they’ll accommodate.Parking: This area is heavily populated. You will have to have God on your side and prayer.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s easy access. There’s nothing to climb.

Love what they’re doing here - such a fresh and interesting combination of food that I’ve not experienced in NYC yet. Everyone was super friendly and the atmosphere was lovely. We ordered the golden beat appetizer and it was divine. Their home made chili oil is delicious. I ordered the ramen and found the noodles to be a little over cooked and mushy but the broth was tasty.

Definitely lives up to its reputation as one of THE BEST Caribbean restaurants in Brooklyn. The food was immaculate, the drinks were unbelievable, and even the menu gave me a good time by the humorous and relatable names of the items. The staff is probably one of the best I've experienced at any Caribbean restaurant (y'all know us sometimes lol) Our waitress Heather was friendly, good energy and definitely a Caribbean gyal which is a plus! The ambiance, the vibes and the music was all around good energy and even other patrons of the restaurant exhibited the best energy by dancing, singing and singing along to every happy birthday. It was 10/10/10 for me! Highly recommend!
