The sushi wasn't good but honestly I wouldn't say it's bad either. The chef definitely cheated out on the sushi vinegar but the fish was very fresh.
The front desk lady was rude about tipping , when tipping isn’t mandatory in New York City. I told her my reason for why I didn’t but I didn’t felt comfortable with her sarcasm response. Won’t be coming back. Rude customer service

This experience was definitely personal. I went there with my family and friends for my birthday. Everything was great! The service was good, and they came quickly to attend and made sure our needs were met. They also gave a friendly on their last calls to make sure we didn't miss our chance to order more if needed.
