I think the old location on Smith St was better. Not really sure why they moved.
New store is smaller. Doesn’t feel as inviting, but maybe that’s the point. The tables are just awkwardly positioned to have one chair that’s facing out.
Also please get rid of that “Good Vibes Only” sign.

The food is average, croissant are not fresh and bagels are plain and tasteless. The service is what makes this place bad though, the guy’s attitude was very dismissive and made me never want to come back again. There’s much better in the neighborhood.

just came in (sunday) egg was NOT fluffy it was soooooo thin and my friends some of it was just egg and bagel tasted like dunkin i was excited for this to open and im genuinely disappointed.

Been going to Konditori for over six years, at the original location on Smith Street. The staff have always been friendly and courteous. The coffee was always above average! Sadly the new location is smaller without my beloved foosball table.

Food is usually pretty good. As many other comments have pointed out though, some of the staff can be very rude. This last Saturday, the individual working the register (wearing the headband) was yelling at customers to line up around the foosball table when there was clearly a child standing against the wall where the table is playing with it. Either create a better system for customers to line with (one that doesn’t involve lining up next to a game in use) or get rid of the table.

Strange customer service - good food though. Asked for an iced coffee in a paper cup because I try to avoid plastic and the cashier gave me a hard time. Ended with “I’ll do it this time but we can’t do that regularly.” Never had that issue anywhere else.
