I walked in, and the lady at the register kept staring at me as if she expected me to take something and walk off. It's frustrating how people often make assumptions based on skin color. However, I did try the kimbap, and it was delicious! I would go back, but I'm unsure if I want to deal with the constant staring. The prices are reasonable, and they have a good variety of food. I wish I could just browse and see what else they had to offer.
Mochi donut was delicious. That’s all I had. Nice girl behind the counter.
lazy flower guy.
Stopped by to check it out, got a Kimchi pancake and it was super good! Staff is super nice! Stop by and try their food, they’ll heat it for you!
This place is a gem. Great Korean snacks and little treasures + beautiful flowers and potted plants. I'm so happy it's in the neighborhood!
So nice
Best flower selection in the neighborhood to customize and pick a variety of floral arrangements. The market is solid too - the Korean food (wings, bimbimbap rolls, kimchi soup) and snacks are delicious! Really great service and owned by an even better family!
Food is left on the counters not refrigerated or heated. The prices are ridiculously high. The selection is small. I felt uncomfortable shopping there and Im going to be honest so that other non-Asian people of color know what it's like to shop there. As soon as I walked in the older woman looked me up and down, watching my every move. Weird but okay. Not the end of the world. Then a younger woman comes out from the back and stands at the register while the other woman comes from behind the counter to 'look around'. I don't know why they were being so cautious around me when other people were mingling around the store just as I was. I had a gallon of water in one hand and a zipped-up bag in the other. I would have to go out of my way to take anything without paying for it (Which i wouldn't. . . Because im not a thief). Now I'm not trying to say they're racist but this was my experience. The constant watching me made me uncomfortable so I grabbed something paid and left. The environment there is rather hostile and for that reason and the ones listened above I will no longer be visiting this business. You're better off going to Hmart or ordering off of an Online Asian market like Weee! Or something.
Was super excited to explore this place! However, Like Stephanie said in her review it’s not actually a grocery store and it’s missing a lot of desired items and organization…
I really liked the super helpful and welcoming staff and the donuts and hot prepared to order food looks worth trying!
Prices were a bit too high as this is more of a bodega. I also would like to see less common things you can get at any old bodega like drinks etc and would like to see more Korean specific items.
I do wonder about the food placed outside of the refrigerators and without heating agents like is pictured… does not seem like it is health safe.
This is not a true market/grocery. You will not find items to make Korean meals. They do not carry basic items like Korean bbq sauce, scallion options, or bibb lettuce, for example. It is more like a snack convenience store with cheap packaged treats.

The food was incredible. This is homemade Korean cooking for sure. Shoutout to the chef putting out this gold. Highly recommend.
really yummy and authentic korean food! the cashier was so nice :)
Haven't been yet, but I hope to soon. I was browsing through the reviews and discovered that the service here is nice, and so are the flowers. I genuinely love the name of this place, and I hope to go soon. After looking at the reviews for a while, I've decided to look more into it. I found out that they are on UberEATS and are open till 9PM. Being open late is a great thing, especially for people who work nightshift and might be thirsty or hungry. By the looks of it, it seems like another great place I want to go to. I'll make sure to go soon enough and enjoy it there.
Highly recommend - one of the best, most authentic Korean kimbap I could find in Brooklyn/ NYC that reminds me of home! We happened to like them so much during our stop by, we ordered platters for an event. The owners are so kind, communicative and accommodating, thank you. Our friends loved the bulgogi and vegetable kimbap, we shared the intel with them. :) I wish we lived closer by to drop by more often for lunch, but they're also on UberEats so we'll order again!!
Amazing experience. Great products
