What a hidden gem I found tonight, one of the best soufflé pancakes I’ve ever eaten. It took almost 20 minutes to make it but it was so worth the wait. The durian dessert my sister in law ordered was better than the one I had in Hong Kong , highly recommend if you are a durian fanatic like me. Will be back to try more desserts like the osmanthus jelly noodle and the coconut jelly noodles.

Kowloon Tong has very easily and quickly become one of my favorite dessert spots in Bensonhurst Brooklyn! The interior of this quaint, unassuming dessert place is so amazingly cute and inviting. With the lively pink and white interior, it feels like I can have any conversation with anyone at this dessert spot. They have this amazing deal where they have BOGO 50% off for bubble tea. I got the regular Kowloon Milk Tea and it was really good and also sweet, so definitely need to adjust the sugar levels depending on your preferences. The Jasmine Green Milk Tea was also good and even better at a lower sugar percentage. Unfortunately, the tofu pudding was sold out on a Sunday night, so we opted to get the matcha ice cream waffle. The matcha ice cream and whipped cream were really delicious. The waffle part was okay, I personally like my waffles a lot softer. I have also tried the souffle pancakes here which were really yummy. I would definitely keep consistently coming back for the desserts and cute cafe vibes! The service is also great.

Very good traditional Asian desserts! I really recommend the matcha red bean souffle pancake. It's so very fluffy and quite unique unlike any pancakes I've ever had... Though bear in mind it takes 30 minutes for them to make so definitely grab a tong Sui (sweet soup) which I recommend the purple rice as a snack while you're waiting for the pancakes.

Food is OK at best. This review is based entirely on the service.A lady chased us for tips which we paid. No water, or tea provided. For a drink and 1 sweet dessert soup. I do not recall being chased for tips in Mango mango, grace street, or VIVIs. Just a warning for new diners, they will chase you for tips, expect to pay!!! Just dine out if u really need sugar cravings.
