Love the food super convenient to have open late, however lately I noticed they pick up the phone while their serving your food touch everyone and then just go right back to touching your food with dirty hands. Very disappointed while also making you wait 8 minutes just to hand you food that’s in their hands while distracted.

Food was terrible and I looked smart the reviews first before ordering and I said I’ll still give them a try. I ordered whiting fish with rice and 3 wings . It was disgusting rice was cold and soggy so was the fish. Fish had no flavor and the wings weren’t good at all no taste no nothing, it ran me to the bathroom. Won’t be eating from there again.

The food was horrible. We asked for extra crispy food and it came out soggy. No mPoint in ordering anything fried food. Just get baked

Krazy Chicken has been around for maybe 10 years and overall, it is the Best Chicken Spot, in all of Brooklyn.I have been researching for 7 years. Customer Service and Management.
It's a chicken spot in the hood. They usually do a good job with following instructions and are respectful to their customers.
We ordered a vegan cheese pizza and it looked and tasted a lot like real cheese when we got it. We called at least 3 times to double check and we were reassured it was vegan mozzarella. Lo and behold.. it was dairy cheese and we al got very sick. Throwing up and diarrhea for days. When you have customers that are lactose intolerant/vegan you need to be extremely cautious when they order a non dairy pizza and make sure it actually is non dairy. The man on the phone was also very rude saying “I don’t know how many times I have to tell you.” Either take the vegan pizza off the menu if you can’t do it right or actually have some care for your customers dietary needs.
