I placed an order on their website, not any of the food chain websites but their own.. and not only did they pass me around and hang up on me three times. But they also told me I need to cancel my order and order from one of the food apps. And I'm not going to get my refund back right away either. Poor customer service, and rude interactions when I was just trying to get help. Is I already did

I found Krazy pizza and wings on doordash and tried the pizza and Philly cheese steak.. excellent everything was good...today I ordered the 21 Parmesan wings OMG it's good...my favorite spot I'll be ordering from them for now on
