The quality of the food is satisfactory, the ambiance is pleasant, and the staff are courteous. I have rated the establishment with four stars because despite it being a buffet-style restaurant, the waiting time between ordering and receiving the food can range from fifteen to twenty-five minutes.
Man, when the food hits here, it's a slap! I mean, it's that good. Even when it's not perfect, it's still pretty dang tasty. My niece is obsessed with the lalu, but the freyti can be a bit hit or miss. Sometimes they pre-fry the plantains, and once they're hard, there's no turning back. They've gotten a bit stingy with the pikliz since they started selling it separately, but I think if I order a Haitian dish, pikliz should be a given.

i don’t remember having any issues with the lady as it was my 2nd time ordering there.
the food was nice though, but that cashier needs to stop letting issues affect the customers
