I've (American descent ) been wanting to try this place and stopped by today there were only Two people waiting that have already ordered , I stood there waiting for a good five minutes with no acknowledgment and/ or greeting meanwhile with no exaggeration there were at least six staff behind the counter congregating I even made eye contact with with one of the staff and still was ignored .Will not be getting my Dollar

I asked a friend for a recommendation of good Haitian Food in Brooklyn and they recommended this place. It took me 45 minutes to get there. I made an order online while I was 15 minutes out from the location. It said it will take anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes for my order to be complete. Upon arrival at the location, my order was still not ready. I stood in the store for about 20 minutes additional minutes while they completed my order. When I receive my food, one of the items that I ordered was not correct forcing me to go back in and spend another 15 minutes while they corrected my order. By that time, my appetite had already gone, but I had already paid as well so what choice did we have? To proceed when I begin eating my food, the macaroni salad, unfortunately was flavorless. The fish I can say was great. The turkey was not as expected and lacked flavor. The service at the location was par. And unfortunately, I do not feel like it was worth my time, travel, or money.

I usually order from them and it always has been good but this time the Fried Pork (Griot) was dry I almost choked on it, and dont get me started on the Macaroni Salad, it was dry as well the macaroni was hard and had no taste it just tasted like its been there for more then a few days.

Very poor customer service, messed up my order and when I came back to the store, started to argue instead of fixing my order. Iām never going back to this place.

I have ordered here twice. I got both pate kode chicken one time and herring the other. i would say that the herring tasted 10xs better than the chicken. Itās only the meat & eggs with onions. itās pretty big. the chicken doesnāt have the same flavor as the herring. I didnāt have a bad experience since i have only ordered that from them.
