This place is filthy beyond belief roaches crawling everywhere. The staff is not only unhelpful but downright rude and dismissive. The food? Inedible and overpriced. There are flies on your food and flying around. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else it is not worth the risk. I got extremely sick after eating here.

While waiting on a $56 order of sushi, I used their bathroom and noticed a roach by the sink. The the bathroom. Can’t imagine the kitchen. Thinking to cancel my order , I ended up waiting over 20 minutes . When I came home and opened the food, there was no wasabi , zero drops of wasabi, Absolutely horrible. Sushi with no wasabi is not the same. I even left a 4 dollar tip for a walk-in order. Very upsetting experience.

I ate here about two weeks ago. I got the lunch special. A day later I developed the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had in my entire life and spent 6 days hospitalised with 2 bacterial and 1 viral infection. I was on IV drips, and had horrible diarrhea. I wouldn’t go back here if someone paid me.
That was the scariest experience I’ve ever had in my life.

Not too bad food, but the service is so so. We get the impression the staff were miserable. We will nor return.
The place was fairly busy with Doordash orders, so I understand the wait time for the orders to be taken. We had a male server in the beginning, and he was working very hard by himself, managing all the online orders and tables. However, within 25 mins of waiting, a woman took over as the server. She was very rude and inattentive. She was standing there doing nothing but didn't check on any tables. When we asked for a refill on the water, she only refilled 2 out of 3 cups and left to fill the next table. When we ordered dessert, we had to repeat 3 times for her to understand what we said. When the food came, we showed her who ordered what, but she still gave it to the wrong person. I wouldn't be so upset if the service provided matched the tip they took automatically. I have never seen such incompetent service running only 3 tables.

THANKS KUMO! This has been my favorite sushi place for over 10 years! Every single time on delivery orders it is wonderful. I also dine in and they are friendly, warm and attentive as well as the yummy food. Highly recommended!!!

Since I wrote my initial review I have come back several times. The food is still very good and the rolls are delicious. The Crazy Tune, Green River Roll and the Spicy Girl are worth a try. My 10 yr old still loves it! The staff is super friendly. - Came here on a Saturday afternoon and it was empty. It quickly filled up. The staff is friendly and responsive. The food was very good. My son loved it. The sushi is fresh and flavorful. The tempura rolls were some of the best I have ever tasted. They have a lunch menu on weekends with bento boxes, and you can choose from some of their rolls. It was a great experience and I will definitely return soon.

I usually don’t write negative reviews about establishments, however, I feel as though the experience that my friend and I had at this place warrants one. The customer service was horrendous. We waited 25 minutes just to place our initial order, coupled with long wait times to receive our food. When the food arrived, there were items missing from our order; which we then had to wait another 15 minutes to receive it. Throughout our dining experience, no one checked in with us. On numerous occasions, we were ignored. Lastly, when the bill came - I was pressured into leaving an additional tip on top of what was already provided. The waitress came back with the bill and was very disrespectful in demanding an extra tip. This has never happened to me at any other place of business. The food was also subpar. I would absolutely NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone and would certainly not be patronizing here again.
