I am absolutely disgusted! I ordered a mango tea with boba so happy to enjoy it. It was a long wait but I was in a great mood and before my travel home I decided to stop and grab some boba. I received my drink and they ran out of the original cups so it was placed into a hot drink cup. As i’m traveling home, I open it because the regular boba straw cannot fit into the hot cup container and end up finding a HAIR! It is absolutely disgusting. I threw out my drink and will not be returning to this location. I spent a decent price on it too and couldnt even consume it!

The customer service was amazing. I came very late and the manager was able to make my drink quickly and was very nice about it. You should definitely visit this location if you’re in the area.
If I could give this place a zero star I would. We walked in around 15 to 20 minutes before closing and the young Asian man with glasses, said it’s time for him to start closing and he can’t serve us. After leaving the establishment, he locked the door behind us in a very rude manner. I would never go back to this place worst experience of my life. And this is coming from someone who loves bubble tea, especially kung fu, but this specific location I’ll never go back to again.

I love the KFT on Hoyt. Service is always very friendly and quick. place is pretty small but it's really just somewhere to stop in for boba not really to hang around. Has fueled many a thrift trip.

I ordered the jujube Logan tea and it was pretty good. Service was good. The only issue I have is with the app. It didn't allow me to use my rewards. As far as the drinks, it's solid. Place is clean and quiet.

Stopped by for some boba and loved it. The service was extremely fast and friendly. The store front is extremely small but that's perfectly fine as it's a boba spot. We got the taro and matcha slushes and the flavor was perfect.

Powder packets, Downtown Brooklyn tap water, and splashes of heart disease, diabetes, alzheimer mixed diary beverages. The middle aged guy that is the same height as a the young woman behind the counter acts cold to fill the void of being socially incapable of providing standard customer service. They are possibly bribing the food inspector especially since the store is located in rat central. I can only imagine how much rat turds and vermin saliva sauce is being consumed. THERE ARE BETTER SHOPS THAT ARE SANITARY IN THE AREA.BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
I really hate low quality matcha. If you’re looking for ceremonial grade matcha, veer away from this place. They said their matcha was already sweet which was a bad sign because ceremonial matcha is not supposed to be sweet. Other than that, the taste was bearable however I wont disregard their other selection of drinks since I have not tried them.
