Firstly, I believe Kung Fu Tea is one of the best of the chain bubble tea houses. Secondly, THIS is my favorite location. The staff is super pleasant, and the drinks come out great every time -- that's what's important. I look forward to continuing my patronage.

The best boba store! They make the best boba ever. The store is always clean, staff is friendly. They have a place to sit while waiting! It is always a nice time every time I go there!

Extremely disappointed with the service here. The workers have a terrible attitude and seem completely disinterested in helping customers. Their behavior was rude and unprofessional, which made the entire experience unpleasant. Management really needs to hire people with better attitudes who actually care about providing a positive customer experience. I won’t be coming back

it's terrible that i have to pay some extra fee because the manager doesn't want to pay the bank commission for the transaction.
I've ordered ahead for bubble tea here via the app before and it took forever for them to make the drinks. Fast forward a few weeks to when I was placing an app order at a different KFT location, but I didn't realize it was still set to Bay Ridge. I realized my mistake as soon as I hit the order button but since there is no edit/cancel feature, I called them immediately. They said they couldn't refund me because they had already made my drink. I really find it hard to believe they could have made the drink THAT quickly. I tried explaining that I'm nowhere near that location (I was trying to order for a location in NJ), but they were not understanding at all.
Won't be bringing my bubble tea needs back to this location.

Stopped here to get bubble tea after eating at Grand Sichuan. We all got oolong milk tea with bubbles and it hit the spot.

Super annoying for a chain to have credit card minimums. They also have the minimum right above their smaller drink, so that you have to get a large or 2 drinks. Or you can pay like 30 cents extra to use the card. If this was a small deli, I get it to have a minimum but this is a chain, there are some street vendors who sell random stuff on the folding tables who take credit card so it's just weird for a place like this to have this
